It takes months for them to ship and only after you send them several emails
I'm now on 24 emails and 4 months of waiting for my items. I have asked and asked to get my money back and they won't. They said they would ship the order again for free!? How can you do that when it was free in the first place! They also claim there was an issue with customs. Yeah, I call bull! I told them maybe they should have checked with customs before trying to mail stuff out. I even went as far as taking a screenshot of their shipping times and sending it back to them. They also asked me to contact my post office, what does that mean? So, I sent them the address of my local post office and no response from them about that. I also responded to an email they had sent and the ignored me for 2 weeks! If I live to 100 I'm going to keep emailing them till I get some answers.
**UPDATE** they told me on Friday that if I opened a dispute with PayPal they would give me back my money well guess what? They sent me a tracker instead and the tracker claimed it arrived in Canada on December 16th last year! They also claimed that liquids are difficult to clear customs but they told me in February that it took several days to clear! Looks like I am still going to have to fight with them!
I originally went on this site because they had all the good nail products for cheap. I tried using their discount and none of them worked so I sent them an email about that. They sent me a personal one for $4 off. I was going to get a bunch of stuff but decided I'll get a couple things to see if I like what they're selling. I paid for my stuff on March 11,2017 along with the tracking number. Days went by and I never received the tracking number so I sent them an email asking them about it. They said my coupon code is not valid on the order and I have to purchase something else to make up the $4 difference. At first I was annoyed because if I didn't send them the email regarding my tracking number they would have never told me it wasn't going to be sent. So I'm going back and forth with them about this and I felt as if I was talking to a robot. So I ordered for something else to make up the $4 difference. I ended paying more than the $4 they wanted ($10.) So I sent them another email about my tracking code. They tell me I still have to pay the $4 difference. I said I spent $10, way more than you wanted. They again said I have to spend $4 or they will just refund my order first order and ship my second order. At this point I became aggravated. I again explained to her that I did spent another $10. They said I can't use a discount code on both orders but they'll send the second order. I said I didn't use a discount code for the second order! Furthermore you just said you're going to to send it but I can't use a discount code? They made absolutely no sense in what they were saying. I had to just put in a dispute with my bank. They lost long term business over their stupidity! I'd advise you all to use a different vendor. The cheapness is not worth the headache.
Their site says they ship with in "24hrs" which is untrue. It is been 10days and the order has not shipped, this was the first red flag. Since the order has not shipped I asked their costumer service to please cancel the order since I will be moving and won't be able to get the package due to their delay. THEN, suddenly they tell me that the order got shipped that day, but they can't give me the tracking number that I had paid for- just bs. SO pretty much I am stuck with an order that they have not shipped as of yet, and they refuse to cancel it. BE WARNED, their costumer service are experienced at bs. They don't care about costumer service or whether their products will arrive or when will they arrive, they only care about getting to charge your credit card-stay away.
I have placed 3 orders w/this company the first order was ok but it took quite awhile for me to receive it. The second order was missing a item (they didn't refund me) the third order they didnt even bother to ship at all nor did they refund me. Its been well over a month and i received nothing. I email them and they bull$#*! me and say they will take care of it but never do. I would not recommend this site its a ripe off. Customer service sucks and it takes almost 2 months to receive your purchase. If you receive it at all. Very disappointed.
I warn other shoppers... DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. I read these reviews previously and just went ahead and ordered anyways because the products were super cheap. First off, they shipped after like 2 weeks. So they lie when they say shipping is within 24 hours. Also, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AT ALL. It's been over 3 MONTHS! So go ahead and never order from here, I lost all my money. I'm going to have to dispute with Paypal.
I ordered some items from born pretty in November after several emails inquiring about where my items were I had to dispute the charges with my bank because as of today January 12th I still have not received my shipment. The replies that I received back from them was always that the order had been shipped. I realize that the product is coming from China; however it should not take two months. I would not suggest ordering from this company.
Very similar to others on here - I ordered in November for an item I wanted for New Year, hadn't arrived by Christmas so I contacted them to find out what was going on. Tracking doesn't work, raised a ticket and got what seems to be the stock answer - wait for another 1-2 weeks, be patient, we will be responsible for your order, do not worry.
To cut a LONG story short, I have now had a multitude of excuses, blaming many things for the delay, including items being out of stock, lots of orders, liquid items, customs clearance, the shipping agents, the weather, the holidays, international delivery, supply and demand etc etc (all of these excuses are taken directly from their various ticket responses).
I had to go out and purchase elsewhere at higher price as I didn't receive the order in time for New Year. I am now going through Paypal for a refund, as all they keep saying is "it will arrive in recent days, do not worry!" (This I assume to be a copy/paste response, as it seems are most of their replies)
To those that say I should just be patient as it's China, sorry but no. I ordered based on the advertised 24 hour dispatch time and 15-20 working days delivery. If they'd sent it in the 24 hours as stated rather than a whole WEEK later (which I now see is not unusual at all with this company) it may have arrived in time. Instead, it was received today.
If they can't be honest about their dispatch and delivery, then this isn't a company I want to deal with, no matter how cheap their prices. They out and out lie to customers. I will never use this company again.

So I ordered from born pretty in November (November 13) that was my very first purchase. I then decided I wanted to order more items so I did totalling 3 more orders. After waiting 2 months ( yep that's right) I finally received my first package products arrived nicely with the exception of no acrylic brushes. I wasn't told about this I contact BP they give me a credit... OK I ordered stuff with my credit. Next package arrives items are ok ish not missing anything plus they threw in a bunch of extra crap... cause I'm sure they think it will make up for their $#*!ty service. ( ok it kinda did who doesn't like free stuff) anyways which brings me back to I still haven't received my first original purchase from Nov 13... soo I contact BP on January 19 and they ask me to wait 10 more days. Ok that's reasonable. I wait and after 10 days I contact BP and they ask me to wait another 10 days... WTF. Nope! I explain I've been patient long enough please refund my visa I don't want credit as I will not be ordering from them again. So fast forward to day with daily email exchanges nothing resolved still keep asking me to wait. Oh and they will lie to you. For example I was told parcel was at my local post office but would take 10-25 days to sort out and deliver. Really? Canada post is much more efficient and there's no way it would take that long to sort my parcel out. Lies... so anyone have any suggestions how I get a refund? Similar experience? BP may have some good items however their service is awful and you really want 2-3 months if the parcel shows up at all. My parcel is on $15 but for me it's the principal however I'm seriously considering cutting my losses.
I love BPS's product. I really do. It's a decent quality for the price. I've ordered from them many times, usually just small orders, and I would receive them usually in about 15 business days (I live in Canada). I never bothered to add tracking, since they were always small purchases. So recently I got brave, and even after reading bad reviews, I figured I would chance it by making a slightly bigger order than usual. It ended up being around $20.00 CAD, and I was really excited.
Same story as everyone else. 4 business days went by, and my shipping status never changed. So I messaged them. They told me my package was sent, and that the information would update soon.
That was over 50 business days ago.
So, my gripe is that yes, I do love bornpretty's product, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle. You can't even get a refund, because when you ask for one, they constantly try to make you either wait, or they offer to resend the order (like I want to wait another 2 months!).
Like many others out there who have unfortunately decided to give this crappy site a go, well I am as equally, if not more disappointed as you are. It's been TWO MONTHS since they say hey've shipped my order, and more since I actually ordered it. 'Shipping within 24 hours' was an outright lie, which isn't even that surprising. My shipping status only changed to shipped 10 days after the purchase. I wasn't expecting it to come any earlier than a month at most, but two months is just ridiculous. I messaged them about two weeks ago saying that I was waiting on my parcel, to which they replied I should wait for 1-2 more weeks. And guess what? Still nothing. At this point i'll just be happy if my shipment arrives at all, and even then I can't be positive that all the items I ordered are there. Please just don't.
I ordered from this website, it was not a cheap order, 200 usd, I used the 20% off code so because of this I did not get the free EMS or DHL shipping but that was fine, I did not mind waiting for my order.
I stayed in contact with them and they told me the order was send of a couple of days after I ordered it, but it wasn't.
2 weeks later they said that it indeed only got shipped off that day, but again, it wasn't, only a week later the shipping company got the parcel.
I was not happy with this since they have been lying to me multiple times, but than I got my expensive order and only half of the items got here. Only the cheap half, so only 1/3 of the money I spend I got, all the other items I still have not got.
Never buy of this website if you don't want to have people lying to you and ripping you off. I will now get my money back luckily but still, it was a waste of a month.
I placed an order on Dec. 27 and received the full order yesterday Jan. 25. Considering the shipping from China to the United States I feel that this time their customer service was exceptional.

They said a particular item was out of stock. So I changed it and guess what again? They said they have shipped it already but the shipping company returned the package. Take note that it takes about 24 hours to get a response from them. So on the 27th, I told them not to ship my order and send me a refund instead. On the 30th, the order status changed to shipped and they said that they have already shipped my package a few days ago. LOL! So I guess I won't be getting my order before Christmas and the Christmas items I ordered will collect dust til Christmas 2017. I will be filing a Paypal dispute on this so that Paypal will investigate why so many customers are filing disputes over this company. Ordered 10/25/2016- today is 11/29/2016. The plate that I ordered was to be for Thanksgiving and needless to say even if I get it, it will be sitting around for a year. I thought that I had plenty of time given that their website states ships within 24 hours and shipping takes 10-15 business days. I opened a ticket and they asked me to wait 10 more days before they will do anything about it. For those giving high reviews stating that it's expected for it to take months... then their website should correlate with that. They are flat out lying and for someone who wouldn't know any better we trust what the site states. I will not be ordering from them again because I despise liars and poorly run businesses. I work hard for my money and they had no issue taking it immediately and then putzing around with my purchase. I refuse to be an entity who keeps them in business and allow them to dupe others like me.
They do not ship within 24 hours. I placed my order on 11/20 and I don't have my package or confirmation stating it was shipped. I will never order from here again.
I've - but didn't answer my question, instead saying something vague suggesting they would correct the FT. They did, however, restate that it had been shipped. On the 24th the site finally showed an update, saying it had shipped. I emailed, again, politely asking if this could be accurate, as I had been assured on the 13th that it had shipped. They replied on the 27th, stating it was shipped "many days ago, however it was returned, so we have to reship it" WHAT? It's now Nov 8th. Last nite I finally contacted them again, reviewing the whole sorry history of this order, expressing my disappointment, and asking them to cancel it and refund my PayPal. I used the "support ticket" function on their site. I just logged in to see if they had responded & found the ticket "closed", with no response?! Needless to say, I suppose, my PayPal hasn't been refunded.
This is literally the single worst customer service experience I've ever had. All I can say is, buy from them at your peril.
I can se that a lot of people have been writing bad reviews, so I just wanted to say that I like BPS a lot! I have been ordering from them for a few years and have received everything I've ordered. Tho lately it has been taking more time for the package to be shipped and arrive. I just think it's because they have been getting a lot of new customers lately. Hope this helped!
They do NOT ship in 24 hours and they do NOT respond to emails. It's not worth it! You'll never see your order.
I'm so glad that I was smart enough not to order more than 10 dollars worth of nail art, so if I would get screwed over it would be just a 10 dollars loss. Placed my order 1 week ago and still not shipped. Mailed the company and received the same responses that other people posted here. One of my items were out of stock, they already shipped it, the shipping company hasn't
Given them any information and etc. My status on the website is still "paid". As far as I know I will probably receive my order 3 months later. Good luck everyone who has ordered or thinking of ordering from this store. This is my first and last order from bornprettystore.

Answer: I have everything crossed that you've paid by paypal or credit card? It seems bornprettystore are taking orders and not posting them out for weeks or even at all. I'd look into getting a refund if I were you.
