Born pretty store is a great store for nail products. Every time when i use their products fall in love with this store more and more. Quality and cost is great.one of my reason that i love this store is this: they care about nail art and good nail artists in the whole world. They send some gift samples to nail artists.

I buy a lot of nail products from Born Pretty Store And I have always been satisfied with my order. One time a stamper came a bit damaged and they made sure to replace it. Their customer service is on point. As for their products, they are good quality. Their prices are low and for what you pay for, you get so much more. I own many stamping plates from them and they do the job. They are well etched and have various fun images. I recommend buying from them for sure

I've ordered from Born Pretty once. It took about a little over a month to have my package arrive in Canada. Package came intact, nothing spilled and everything came!
When it comes price it's great and quality not bad! So then why not splurge some more?! I'm currently on my 2nd purchase, I checked out and paid for my items and found out 2 days later I received an email from a customer service rep named Sophia. And here is what she has to say!

NOT VERY IMPRESSED... wouldn't you think that if I had issue with my first purchase they would have some kind of records? Wouldn't you think that a company would use their diligence to go back to my previous purchase and match me info etc.? You think anyone will feel secure to send a picture of their Id and credit card to a country overseas?! LOL I am speechless.

The bottom line is that this company is very inconsistent! The whole structure of their company has to be redone! Don't take their BS about "how the company is growing fast and not able to keep up blah blah" that's BS a good business will know how to know manage that!

I started following bornprettystore two years ago, I have placed over 20 orders with bornprettystore and I love every single thing. I like viewing the site everyday and the new arrival is MY LOVE part. I still cant decide what stuff I wanna most after two years shopping. Many of my friends and family received my gift from bornprettystore, of course they also love them! I know it is definitely worthy with much praise on my nails. The key point it is cheap but good quality, I dont care the shipping time, few store like this one is FREE shipping! Although sometimes few of items are missing and 1 of my package was missing, they refund and freely replaced later. I will be back again for more Christmas gifts, dont miss the newest items if you are going to try. Recommend this site!

About 2 years ago I placed my first order with this company & I never had a problem. Two months ago I decided to place another order & this time decided to read the reviews. Well, after so many negative reviews I was very skeptical & confused because I couldn't understand why so many people had such difficulty when everything went smoothly for me with my first order. I really wanted to place an order because they had such nice things & a wide selection but was afraid at the same time. Anyhow, I took the chance & I sent them an email, expressing how much I wanted to place an order but the negative reviews were preventing me. The content of their response wasn't a professional one, but I went ahead & ordered. Thank goodness the balance was only about $10, I said to myself I would rather risk losing ten bucks rather than anything more than that. It took about 2 wks to arrive which I expected based on my first experience, I received all the products which was about 4 to 5 items & they were just as pictured. What I don't like about them is that the only way to contact them is through email, I did previously raised the question of why they don't provide an 800 number. Their response was that they were in the process of opening a store in California, not sure if that's true but just have to wait and see. I do think they should provide a toll free number for customers. I don't usually place orders from sites that doesn't provide one, that right there is a red flag to me. However, I did receive my things in tact, I will probably place another order with them but will again keep the amount I spend at minimum just in case. I wish everyone luck with their disputes & hope everything works in your favor.

I have purchased items from this online store previously and had not have bad experiences. However, this one experience, from beginning to end has been highly unsatisfactory. Products are usually shipped within a day or two of receiving payment; my order was shipped almost 3 weeks after receiving payment. I had to reach out to find out what was going on, and the company claimed that the initial shipment was returned because one item did not clear customs; I had ordered this item before and there was never a problem. Almost two months later, I finally get my order. One item breaks within minutes, the other not only breaks but gives me a severe rash. I immediately outreached to the company again and inquired about a refund or credit for the full amount due to their poorly made products. They asked me questions about the products, asked me to send pictures, all of which I did. For over two months, I've repeatedly asked for a full refund or credit. Instead, I was offered coupons for $1, $5, and $8, and finally when I showed some frustration, a $10 coupon because according to the company, a full refund or credit would be "too expensive". It's frustrating and insulting to me that a company I've purchased from in the past is aware that I received poorly made products and yet refuses to refund or credit me the full amount of what I paid.

Though it claims "shipping within 24h worldwide" it takes forever UNTIL you actually ask for it. After 2weeks from my order I asked them what's going on. They said because one item was sold out they had to wait for it. So I waited. Another 2 weeks passed and I saw no change in my order status. I again emailed when will you ship. They said it's already shipped. But there's no tracking number or anything ( I assume they didn't ship at that time) in the end they finally provided me the tracking number after a month. However I'm still waiting to receive my order. They shipping method takes really long time from Singapore or China.
Also PayPal usually allows you to dispute but with Bornpretty, it's nearly impossible to dispute so in the end you have to wait forever. I'll never order from this website.

I ordered stuff beginning of March, was supposed to be shipped out within a couple days (I suppose maximum 7 days would be acceptable); I followed up the end of March, the customer service did nothing but telling me to be patient and wait, okay! And I was told that my parcel was reshipped for reason (they didn't even give any explanation!) and said the parcel would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Guess what, today is May 11 and I still haven't received my stuff.
Saying delivery times are 10-16 days for USA and Canada is such B/S!
Very poor customer service and delivery! This is going to be the last time I would purchase on this website!

The experience that I had with born pretty First and foremost they tell you that your order will be shipped out with in 24 HOURS that was a lie it took a whole month before i receive my items and when they arrived i look in the package and two of the items i order was not in the package I will never order anything else from this company this is pure rip off I order rhinestones and they send me a small pack with 30 rhinestone in the pack but on there website they tell you that it's 500 in the pack and that was a lie as well I will never every purchase anything from BORN PRETTY ever again and my advice to anyone that comes across this website check out there reviews first because that was one of the mistake i made I didn't look at the reviews until after I place my order and thats when i found out what this company is really about its cheap but not worth the wait nor your time.

This is my first time ordering from Born Pretty and I was really worried because I read the reviews AFTER I placed my order. So I waited for about two weeks and still no news of my order being shipped out, so at this point I had given up all hope. Flash forward one month, MY ORDER ARRIVED! SO, if you decide to order... order at your own risk. I may have been the few who received their order. But I do plan to order from them again. (Note: Not shipped within 24hrs, my order shipped out a week after payment was received.)
