Absolute horrible company, in every conceivable way! Their service is horrid, and I've never had stable internet. Most of the time, my internet is completely down, but when it does work, basic Pages such as Google or Facebook take as much as a half an hour or more to load up. Their customer service is rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Even the manager of my local Boost Mobile store has told me on numerous occasions about some of the nightmares she is dealt with with this company! As if that isn't bad enough, they do not stand behind their policies or their insurance plans, and the phones they use are complete garbage. Trust me, you're better off with two cans on a string than to go with Boost mobile!

Epic Fail

There was a time when this was a decent cell phone carrier. What they have become is something like hot garbage. I am looking for a new service after many years with Boost!

So, on February 23,2023 Boost Mobile's Customer Service Telephony crashed. Customers were not notified of this problem. The way customers did find out was when they tried to access 611, or the Boost Customer Service numbers. Boost gave a typical bland Corporate apology and rhetoric. This did nothing to settle this author's concerns. I chose to cut my loses and go elsewhere. However, I am unable to keep my number because Boost Mobile can not access it's customer's accounts. Which brings this author to the security concerns. If, Boost Mobile is having this much difficulty with this platform, then what about the personal and/or sensitive information. I, for one do not feel secure with Boost Mobile. Today is March 4,2023 and the problem still exists,

Frustrated

Call BoostOne care services 611 to make a payment and can't get through because they are having internal system problems... Tried to make the payment online and again the same problem... BoostOne claims your service will not be interrupted due to their system problems and they are working hard to fix it... I'm not happy with BoostOne from the day Boost Mobile allowed them to take over... I'm so very disappointed with this phone carrier...

Bad service

I have 4 days without telephone lines and they only tell me that they cannot do anything but the payment if they make it on time they tell me that three hours they return the service after 24 hours after 72 hours and now that another 24 hours but they are not sure and how ridiculous it tells me to use social networks to communicate if I don't have wifi either

I'm over boost mobile

I have been with boost mobile over 10 years and this the first time I ever got this piss off and this frustrated. I don't know what is going on with this new system mess they doing but, it's going to cause them to loss a lot of customers and I'm and one. They system been down for two days now I can't even pay my bill. It's ridiculous and I'm over it I gave them 10 years I'm done with boost Mobile.

Terrible Customer Service

I have met all the criteria to have my phone unlocked and go to another Carrier. They will not unlock my phone. My bill is paid, I have had them over 12 Months and bought my phone. You can not understand the customer service people and the just keep telling me that my phone is unlocked. 6 calls later and being with out phone service for a week I am having to buy another phone. Their policy says that after 2 business days your phone can be unlocked. This has been such a terrible experience and I have read other reviews of the same thing happening to other people. Please be aware!

I have been a loyal customer for about fifteen years with Boost Mobile.Im seventy three years old and disabled.Currently homeless.Last week I received a threatening message from Boost Mobile saying I have violated some term and conditions.I was startled and astonished!I'm went to my local Boost Mobile store and asked what this horrible message was.The salesperson told me don't worry.I trued using my phone and the next thing three hours later.My account was suspended!Ny phone is my lifeline and Boost Mobile is endangering my life and health.Im still waiting for a decision from Dish Network!I have never been treated so cruel and inhumane.I never missed a payment or was late in fifteen years!This is what they falsely accuse me of and punish me for!I'm supposed to have unlimited talk and text and ten GB of data.I actually used my phone less this month.I already paid this month!Boost Mobile needs to realize they are dealing with human beings not objects and algorithms! They have endangered my life and my health by this totally unnecessary suspension!

Boost Mobile suspended my account without warning on Tuesday, I spent the better part of the day trying to figure out who to talk to and trying to understand what they were saying, they tell me to email someone else, basically saying they can't help me in any way shape or form, and when I finally get an explanation of excessive data usage on Sunday evening! Excessive data usage on a plan I pay for! How does that make sense? I do not recommend this piss poor service to anyone at all!

They suck

I had boost mobile for years. All of a sudden my phone doesn't work or let me make calls or texts. They say download boost one app. Doesnt let you make an account unless you call them for an hour. Once you get boost one, they won't even let you pay your bill 1 day late. No one can call or text like the old boost used to do. Boost one sucks and they should not have switched.

Using or speaking to customer service was frustrating. I was on the call for over an hour.
Before the 1st rep, I was on hold for 30 minutes. The 1st rep got my information, then transferred me, which put me on hold for 15 minutes. The 2nd rep answered gave me a little information and transferred me again. I was placed on hold again and no one picked up my call. Over a hour of waiting and nothing was accomplished.

Came to write a bad review but based on the hundreds that exist already, I don't have to lol!
Unethical, bad business, scamish, it should be unlawful for a company to keep your money when they know for a fact you cannot use their service, be extremely careful if you choose boost and make sure your phone can use boost before conducting business with them, not to mention they will slow your speeds within the first day of a new payment.which I actually looked passed that red flag, just to be downright honest...boost mobile as a company are slimy.piece of shiddd, and just downright despicable. Use them at your own risk. I had three plans with them.my mom my dad and I, I'll never conduct business with them again.and obviously they don't care duhh...none of these companies care because nobody holds them accountable, boost are just as shady as dollar general LOL.

Besides the fact of talking to someone in a third world country that you can barely understand... they false advertise! The customer service reps are garbage and waste your time! YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING WITH A DIFFERENT CARRIER! I am fixing to change after this Bulllish this lady is pulling by leaving me on hold for 40 minutes with NO HELP! First off the new app is non functional, it constantly buffers, when you finally get to log in it's in your face with trying to get you to earn coins and receive money off your bill.
Half the time you don't get the coins!
Or they just disappear.
I don't want to deal with all that hype to start with, just give me an easy to use app, boost most certainly has not done that.
Their unlimited data is a joke, you run out and required to buy more at 5-10 $ a pop. They discontinued the option to restart your plan if choose, so now you will definitely pay more!
Boost also took 65 $ without my permission, I am currently trying to get a refund, will see.
Customer service is useless, they don't know what's going on … the previous app worked great never a problem with it, I've been a boost customer for 8 years. I going straight to Verizon tomorrow!
Read the reviews before you ever consider boost.
