Amanda Sutter was very professional and patient answering all the questions I had for her and even verified what hospital near me was covered by the plan in case I ever required an ambulance.

Its always difficult to deal with a government agency. Boomerbenifit did the work for me. Medicare had my insurance coverage wrong. I called Boomer before calling Medicare. They called for me. They conferenced me when they had someone on the line. Medicare then removed another insurance company they thought was my primary. Problem solved, no frustration. Thanks Boomerbenifits.
