Boomer Benefits has been a great partner in all Medicare related matters. All it usually takes is one phone call and they go to work solving my problem. Quite often it is a coding error made by the health care provider but this time it was an error by the insurance company. Nonetheless, it was the same outcome I experience every other time. Michele took my call and contacted the insurance company immediately. Problem solved. She even called me back a couple of weeks later to followup and make sure it remained a resolved matter.
I have had a career of creating call / customer service centers for insurance companies and I am very jealous of the one created by Boomer Benefits but I am very happy to be their client. The service provided, line with Michele, will keep me coming back and referring others.

Bailyn at the Texas office helped me throught the whole process. I called and ask a question o the different plans, and was kept up on any new answers the whole time I was filling out the forms. This is the second time I have worked with Darla at Boomer Benefits to help me set up medicare supplement plans. First, she helped me set up my wife's medicare suppplement and part d drug plan. Then a year later, Darla helped me. I know a lot about medicare and medicare supplement plans going in because I had done research. Darla was able to confirm what I already knew and provide me cost comparisons from several companies. Once I made decisions about which company to use for the medigap policy and part d plan, she electronically provided the info I needed, either by email or by phone. All went well.
Jose Galeana is extremely knowledgeable regarding the many choices we have to make when turning 65! It can be very confusing, but he helped guide me through it so I could make the best choices for me. I also appreciate the fact that Jose is only a phone call away if I have further questions. The Medicare process is unnecessarily confusing. I learned of Boomer Benefits through Facebook. I was getting ready to go with another broker, but liked very much the fact that Boomer Benefits stays with you each year for renewals, and especially helps if we have billing questions after visiting doctors so we don't pay bills unnecessarily. Once I began the process, Boomer Benefits sent DARLA FOWLER my way. Darla is awesome! She helped me know when to sign up for the various sectors of Medicare. After a LOT of research of my own about Medicare and penalties, I have chosen to continue working but jump fully into Medicare and have my work insurance lapse at the end of the year. Darla guided me each step so I wasn't wasting money. I would have done it all wrong on my own and am very grateful for her guidance, not to mention her honesty and friendly manner. My friends already in Medicare asked what I was doing because they have not had a good experience on their own. I have highly recommended Boomer Benefits and have also provided Darla's contact information to them. I feel I am in good hands with Boomer Benefits.

Answer: Hi Paul, yes we help people with enrolling into Medigap or Medicare Advantage coverage, and if they go the the Medigap route, we also help them with setting up their Part D coverage. We limit our Part D help exclusively to people who have purchased a Medigap plan through us due to simple supply and demand. Otherwise, we can't keep up with the number of people needing Part D help each fall during the Annual Election Period when 60 million people are all trying to make their changes within a very limited window of time. However, anyone can join our free private Facebook group - called Medicare Q&A with Boomer Benefits - and there you can submit questions whether you are a client of ours or not. We answer general Medicare questions in this group all year round for anyone who needs help.
Answer: Hi Richard, we do assist our Medigap policyholders with finding their initial Part D plan, and free support in subsequent years with shopping those plans at annual renewal as well. So if you would like our help with enrolling both Plan G and Part D, we would be happy to assist. We do not offer Part D services to beneficiaries who bought their Medigap plan elsewhere, and that is a simple supply and demand issue - we literally cannot keep up with the demand for Part D help unless we limit that service exclusively to our Medigap policyholders.
