I see reviews for other buy-back companies where people get their books thrown away, struggle to get paid, get no replies to their customer service questions, and it makes me so happy BooksRun is the only company I deal with. I've never had an issue with them. I send them books; a short time later I get a deposit (always the quoted amount). The one time I had a question they answered it in a timely manner. As far as I'm concerned they are the only book buy-back company out there.
