I bought a volume set of 3 books, and I only received one book. When o asked the to rectify the situation, they apparently didn't believe me even though they were the ones that screwed up and sold me only one book. And I can't return it. So yeah, poor customer service.

The books I ordered came in a secure box and had no bashed cover corners or dog-eared pages from mishandling. It was important that they be in good shape because they are to be gifts, so I appreciate it.
The books were better than described and shipped very promptly. If all sellers on a ebooks were like this I would continue to buy there. But two other booksellers were extremely disappointing including one who has never shipped my books and refuses to respond, as does abebooks.com. I noted which sellers treated me right and will buy from them directly or on another platform, but never again through a ebooks. But to reiterate, buying from BooksRun was an excellent experience.
