I received the book with marks on it. I thought that it was common to rented books. I did not report back. After the return, they charged me an additional amount due to those marks. I don't even own markers with those colors. Do not rent from them. Even if you rent, look for damages and report it.

I paid for priority shipping. My order was shipped via regular shipping. It took longer than expected as a result and arrived after the school term began. I tried contacting the seller through AbeBooks, and they never responded. I eventually contacted them through the BooksRun website. It took probably 6 weeks (I've deleted the emails) to get them to refund the cost of the priority shipping. It was usually a week or more between responses.
3 stars because the product itself was fine, I did eventually get refunded the priority shipping cost, and the order technically arrived within the expected delivery window. The delivery window was quite long, however, and when they've truly shipped via priority shipping in the past, orders have arrived much faster.
