Found some great deals on books the only issue was when the box was delivered it was in pretty rough condition and I'm surprised all of the books were intact, otherwise I love boon outlet.

Delivery time tok long. 23 days from ordering. Fedex from New York to CA.

My order was shipped quickly. The books were in perfect condition! Although I preferred one of the books content to the other, this was not because of the vendor. I would definitely shop again at Book Outlet for books!

Price and ship time is great. Packaging isn't always the greatest. The box arrived and my books were just sliding everywhere during Shipping and my paper backs cut pretty bent up but luckily they were still readable.

The Book Outlet is always a crap shoot. They don't post the condition of their books b/c they're supposedly "new" but shelf wear alone can bring the condition of the books they sell down to a "good" or sometimes even"poor". They don't do much to protect them either when shipped. They just throw your books in a box and off they go. A little bit more effort would be a appreciated

I have purchased many books from this site and have never been disappointed. When there has been an issue - which is extremely rare - customer service has been prompt, efficient and very helpful. I really appreciate the points program they have, as I use the points when enough have been accumulated to offset the shipping costs (which are reasonable to begin with). The website was updated within the past year and they have made the site very easy to navigate.

I was recommended Book Outlet by a friend a couple weeks ago and ever since have been just a little (okay VERY) obsessed. Book Outlet has the best prices I've ever seen for books with up to 90% off list prices and usually has sales on top of that. Book Outlet has high trust ratings on trustpilot, sitejabber, and every other website I found. Shipping is very affordable - only $5 or free if the order is over $45. I've ordered books from Book Outlet 3 times now and every time they've arrived in decent time, and in excellent condition. I liked being able to track my order through Canada Post as well. The website is very easy to navigate and even has extra features such as tips on how to get rid of those stubborn annoying book stickers we all struggle with. Although their supply is more limited than Amazon or indigo, it's definitely worth it to look and see if Book Outlet has the book you want before you go buy it at a much higher price elsewhere. Their books are all new and more books arrive every day. Overall, I love Book Outlet and will most certainly be buying from them again in the future!

I buy A LOT of books and bookoutlet.com has been my go to website for this. (I have a serious case of Tsundoku) In any case, for the last year, they have been sending the books by putting them in a box without any space fillers. Because of that reason, you will receive the books with crinkled corners, squished edges etc, because they will be all jumbled during the shipment. They are in readable conditions, but they will arrive looking like they have been used already. I like their pricing and their selections, but the shipping is a big let down. So it's your choice.

I cannot recommend any seller more highly than Book Outlet. BO has great prices (how do they do it and still survive?). BO has great service. The book arrived in the time frame promised (FAST!) and the book is in great shape. I marvel at the efficiency and celerity. I shall return!

Shipping box arrived later than expected and was crushed. Luckily books inside not damaged but a little packing peanuts or packing paper would have prevented shipping damage. Too cheap for peanuts on a $107.89 order…that's disappointing.

On 8-1-22 two of my books came damaged. I emailed customer service immediately. I thought I had attached pictures of the damaged books but the customer service rep said they were not attached. I resent the pictures but have not heard back from customer service on this will be resolved. I'm a bit disappointed.

My experience has been nothing more than positive. This is the first time you actually made me feel good about my purchase and I buy books all over. Thank you.

I ordered 9 books. 8 books great condition. 1 was not so good. It was badly folded and deformed. The shipping box was was also opened and crushed which wasn't BookOutle's fault. However, there was no packaging fillers which would prevent the books from ruining each other during transit which is what I suspect happened, one fell in the middle of the stack and, therefore, took the brunt of all the tossing and sliding that happened during shipping. So... packaging fillers please!

All items arrived in great shape, the price was wonderful but shipping time was pretty slow.

Books arrived timely but in a box that wasn't taped down and destroyed. The box practically disintegrated upon removal from mailbox. Products were mostly undamaged, but was not impressed with handling.

The books were ordered on the 18th and it said shipped on the 20th. It took 9 days from that point for it to arrive. The books then showed small signs of damage around the edges and spins
