I thought I was going to get the original cover of Cirque Du Freak like it showed online however it was the newer version. Also the book arrived dented and damaged, tapped to the packaging and now the book is dented in a weird way. Not ideal at all

I was very skeptical at first because of the prices. Only asking 20 dollars for a 40-50 dollar book? Come on has to be a scam right? WRONG. Within a couple of weeks a perfect quality, immaculate, and brand new copy of the book arrived and only for 20 dollars. Yeah, I know my new book website.

As a book lover, I've shopped at Book Outlet for years now. The prices cannot be beat, particularly given the condition of the books. I've never had a book look anything less than brand new, with the exception of the black marker on the bottom edge of the pages. The selection is outstanding. You can search specific books or find something you didn't know you needed! The shipping times ARE significantly slower than Amazon - but THIS IS NOT AMAZON. It usually takes a week to ten days for shipments to get to me, so set your expectations accordingly.
Everything was great: selection, price, and shipping times... EXCEPT the way the books are packaged. You just had them loose in a box nd both books arrived dented and bent. Please secure the books down in the box with actual packing materials (bubbe wrap, crumbled up paper, etc.)!

I have placed orders with book outlet in the past and saw they were having a great sale so recently placed another order. The books took quite some time to ship which was fine but one of my books arrived damaged, same as my previous order. Two orders and two damaged books. I do wish they would take a little more care and package the books better. Overall great value and otherwise happy!

Generally I like buying from you. But for some reason you put no interior packing material in the boxes so some level damage is always found, and worse you r pickers don't use any thought and will ship damaged books from befroe any shipping.

Great prices but, the packaging sometimes leaves something to be desired. This order arrived in a box larger than the books, so they all shifted around and a few of my paper backs were creased and damaged by the hardback books.
