I was expecting the book cover to look the way it did in the listing but it was a different art style. Other than that the book was so cheap, brand new. Took almost 2 weeks to get here but I'm happy still.

I liked how the book was sealed in strong, pressed paper which protected the book from damage and the fast delivery.

We have used Book Outlet for two orders now. Both times, the order has arrived promptly and in great condition. I came across Book Outlet while researching for an affordable source of children's books. Our first order was handled so well that we returned for a second order. We will return often. I have also tried to spread the word and let others know of this great resource.

I am excited to find another source for books that is NOT Amazon. The selection is ok. I often put something in my shopping cart that is no longer available but didn't find out until I went to checkout. I received my first order and found most of the books to appear to be in used condition. It's more about the words than the esthetics, right? Prices are descent but you need to order enough to get the free shipping in order to make it worth the price; OTW I can wait until it's super cheap on kindle. All in all, it's a fairly good source.

Good prices, decent speed of delivery. All books is good/acceptable condition.

The prices are good and the books are almost always in excellent condition. But the amount of time it takes Book Outlet to process orders is extremely long. You place an order, a week or more goes by then you receive a notice that the order has been shipped, but really only the label has been created in their system, and the order won't actually be shipped for another week or more. So in all you are waiting multiple weeks for your order to be shipped.

We order books a few times a year for our home library for our kids and my first choice for books is always bookoutlet.com. The kids always love the choices and we usually make out with over 20 books under $45 dollars. Love booklet!

I loved my books and the condition I received them. The box was pretty damaged when it was delivered, to the point it was almost completely open and may have resulted in lost books or caused the books to be destroyed if the weather was bad. Thankfully that wasn't the case though, just a little annoying.

I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first order. The books are in perfect condition and I was shocked by the prices. I believe I purchased 12 books for around $48 - so I spent roughly $4 a book. Only one of the books had a remainder mark and it was just a small one. I liked that I got free shipping at $35… Shipping did take a little bit of time - but it had to come from Canada to the PNW of the US. It was well worth the wait and I will be ordering again!

I placed an order during their fiction sale and the books were perfect. The items were well shipped and we're in pristine condition.

Overall satisfied with order. Quick shipping, good prices, and good quality of books. I will definitely order again from here.

The sale price that I got was amazing! My only real issue was that it took two weeks for shipping.

Everything fine except I wish the search facility coould narrow things down -- maybe separate hardcover from paperbacks?

My order was split into several shipments and I have not received all of them. From what I've received so far, I did receive one duplicate item. The books I received are in good condition.

I highly recommend Book Outlet! They have great sales, helpful customer service, and incredible quality products. Buying my most recent haul from Book Outlet was a breeze!

Books are a great price! I was bummed because I'd ordered 3 books from a series and one was out of stock, so I was refunded, but now I'm missing that one so I'll have to find it elsewhere

The box used to ship the books had fallen apart completely and my books were actually delivered in a mail bag instead. You may want to find a better quality box or pack them in a larger box that is more sturdy
