The two guide books just arrived yesterday, one day before our departure... Too slow!
Overall experience was ok … the book took about month to arrive, which was fine, but I was annoyed that this was a book that has a button to play a song and the battery was dead. The condition of the book itself is fine, but after all that time it would have been nice even to have that noted on the condition of the book and then I could have ordered a battery separately.
This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet and I am so impressed! Processing time was definitely not Amazon's prime - but for the price of books it was 110% worth the wait. All my books came well packaged, none were damaged, mix of hardcover and paperback (don't think it tells you before hand what format, but I could be wrong). I would highly recommend and will be ordering again!
The boxes were practically destroyed when they arrived. The books weren't damaged but one, Amelia Bedelia book was missing. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with my experience.

The book was in amazing condition and came very well packaged!
It was very easy to shop and pay for the books I wanted. The delivery time, I waited a bit but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle because I didn't know exactly when I would potentially be getting the books delivered. My purchases showed up and in good condition; one book got lightly damaged in shipping where the front cover got bent, but nothing a little weight from other books couldn't sort out.
I was pleased with the condition of the books I received. However, one book did not arrive. Hopefully I will get a notification soon that the final book has shipped. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The books were not packaged well. The box itself was almost open on my porch from wear in the post and poor box materials. The books were also thrown in the box with several sideways and having damaged spines. Other books showed obvious stickers from other secondhand sales.

Unfortunately, I received someone else's order in a box that had been almost demolished by the shipping company (books were fine). I tried using customer support over the phone only to be hung up on. I then used customer support online and received an auto reply asking for a photo of the damage. The books were not damaged. The order was 100% not my order.

They used to ship to Puerto Rico without issues. Then no longer support shipping even when their terms said they do.
