I had no problem with the ordering website and finding books I wanted and give them high marks. But your shipping service receives zero stars. Their site was useless to get info about order, keep saying error. Unfortunately the shipment was delivered on a rainy day and when I tried to pick up the box it fell apart, soaked and dirty. Books managed to survive. Get a new shipping service. Great book site with prices hard to beat.

This experience feels too good to be true! I purchased several books that have been on my list for awhile now, and the price I paid simply could not be matched elsewhere. The order shipped within a week.
Over half of the books I ordered are missing from my order. I contacted the phone number and emailed as asked. No reply. Box came messed up with an apology note taped on it from usps. Really upset I am missing so many books I paid for.
Experience was fine until I received the box and the books were loose with zero packaging and one is damaged.

The quality of the books is great. Some hard and soft bound books are great discount prices. A little challenging looking up the books I wanted. They don't always have the books I am looking for. Be patient there are some great finds. It took a little time for them to arrive but they were in great condition.
Every Parent and educator needs to know this website. Great book selection for every age. Books came in great, looks-new condition. We only waited a little more than a week and for Free Shipping, that's pretty fast. My toddler loves her books and we're very happy with our purchase.
I would give 0 stars if possible. This was my first time ordering from this site and might possibly be my last. I received the box with 0 of the 8 books that I purchased. The box was completely smashed and damaged and not even taped together, causing the books to fall out somewhere during the shipping process. I spent multiple days picking which books I wanted and almost $50 on books that did not make it to my door step. I posted about my experience online and multiple people said their US orders were very similar, damaged box and/or damaged/missing books. People in Canada said they've never had an issue. I've contacted customer service but it's only been 24 hours so I haven't heard back whether I will be shipped the same books I WANTED in hopes they don't get lost again or if I'll be refunded.

This is the 1st time I've used Book Outlet. Their prices cannot be beat. Both books are in excellent condition.

Overall the experience was okay but nothing that would encourage me to order through them again. Once shipped, the books arrived in my city and sate there for 5-6 days before they were out for delivery.
Once I finally got the books (2 separate orders), a lot of the kid books I got had slight damage. It was also irritating that there were marks on the bottom of the book with different color markers. I get that this is for their own internal coding system, but as a book lover it is such a turn off and I'd rather buy non-marked books elsewhere.
