If you're looking for cheap books, book outlet is excellent. I've placed 4 orders and all of my books have arrived in new condition. However, be warned that the shipping time is slower the molasses. Orders consistently take 4-5 days to ship, and the 10-14 days after that to be delivered. It does not help that the shipping tracker is almost always inaccurate or broken. If you can put up with the shipping, there are no better places to get new books at rock bottom prices.

Book Outlet, more often than not, has a selection of books I'm interested in and with prices I can't find elsewhere. My only qualm is that sometimes the books take a while to arrive from Canada, and the box tends to be a bit worse for wear! But other than that, I'll be using Book Outlet for as long as its around.
I have order twice now and overall the products are nice. I have found a few items crunched up, in not exactly stellar condition but it's ok. My issue is the shipping. They seem to only ship using USPS and talk about delay?! Over a week and I'm still awaiting a box. I really wish they had different shipping options.
I wasn't able to find all of the books I wanted... but the ones I was able to find and purchase, so far were excellent. I'll keep my eyes out for the ones I couldn't find. I know eventually you will probably come across them. And the B1G1 was a huge help.
It took over a month to get to me. One of the books was ripped. I tried to call several times and got the same recorded message saying high call volume that I should email. I email a pictures of the book that was ripped in two places and never received an email back.

Overall great experience. Most of the books only have minor damage as described on the site, no biggie at all. Totally readable/photographable still for my book review page. I did have two minor issues though. 1.) when the boxes arrived, the seal on them was broken. Had the weather been bad the books would have gotten soaked/severely damaged. Luckily, that wasn't the case, but the box was essentially opened when it got here (and anyone would have stolen the books out of the box without even trying). Second, I ordered paperbacks of some books and was sent the hardcover versions. Not the end of the world, but for people trying to keep their series all the same book type (or at least for the most part) this should be noted. Otherwise great experience and I'll be ordering again for sure! Can't be the prices.
Shipping was slow on last few orders. Order came in good shape with all items.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. Shipping/delivery time was a little slow to me, but it won't stop me from ordering again.

I have placed over 6 orders on book outlet. Some orders come perfect, others not so much. My recent larger order came with ripped covers, black finger prints all over the covers and pages. Wish a little more care was put into packaging and if they were ripped upon packaging, they shouldn't be sent in that condition.

I was happy with the selection but the shipping left something to be desired. My order of 13 books were sent in an old computer monitor box that was poorly taped up and by the time I received the box half of the books inside had bent covers and were falling out of the box.
The books came in perfect condition and it was so cheap!
Shipping took a while. And one book was missing. Still waiting for someone to call me about that
