I have been waiting forever a day have received only one book from the 8 that I ordered. Cheap books aren't Cheap when you don't get them.
I give to book outlet for their great selection of books at discount prices but their shipping partner Wizmo is the worst. My 1st package came damaged and missed one item, it was a miracle the USPS was able to salvage some of the books.
My next 3 orders shipped via Wizmo have either arrived late or went missing. Book outlet have given me refunds and rewards toward my next purchase.
I would order more from book outlet if they used a reliable shipping partner.
I've ordered twice I love book outlet the prices are great, the delivery is great. Great place to get the top books at a reasonable price.

The prices were good and the books were in good condition (not perfect), but it took 2 weeks for them to be delivered. I guess we are just spoiled with faster shipping this day in age.
Many books to choose from that are brand new and at a great price.
Shipping took a little over two weeks but this site has amazing deals for someone who is a book hoarder like myself! (Just kidding!) This is my second time ordering and I will continue to order.

The edition that I received didn't match the edition shown on the website. I was trying to purchase the exact edition shown, not the one you delivered.
We have a charity for autism and every year we do a special box of goodies that get shipped across the country. We always include a book in this loot. Once Covid hit, it was hard to get our book contacts back for donations of cookbooks and more -- this year hit hard. We were able to nab some nice titles for a cost that was within budget. Shipped fast. We will be back!
