Always a good experience with Book Outlet. The books are always in excellent condition and arrive more or less on time. My only complaint is that the packaging sometimes comes in a slightly damaged condition but luckily with no damage to contents.
Please stop sending out visibly damaged books. I have a book that literally had a cut line across the spine. Another with the cover completely bent in half. Shelf wear and tear is one thing but this is another.

Overall it was a solid experience; the books came, maybe a little more slowly than I'd have hoped, but I received them all and in a reasonable time. Unfortunately the box got so damaged in transit that the package arrived inside a clear plastic bag; it was in two shredded pieces, basically. The books were mostly fine (some bent covers, etc.), but it was the most damaged package I've ever received.
