I love that sometimes $5 off coupons are sent and I can use them to basically get free shipping for whatever books I want.
The prices of the books are stupendous. The time it took for the books to get to my house, not so stupendous. It took 2 weeks.
Easy of ordering, condition of the book were perfect. Did take 10 days to deliver, but certainly was not a long wait.
I love the selection and prices at Book Outlet, but my last two orders have arrived and the box has been broken. Luckily, the books have all been in there. Whoever is packing these needs to secure the books and fill the void space so that they are not jolted around in transit - breaking the box. They also need to tape around the boxes, as they are not sturdy enough to remain intact, given the poor packing. I don't appreciate paperback books with dented corners, or dust jackets that get damaged, when it all could have been avoided.

I always love ordering from Book Outlet! Books are always in "brand new" condition and so affordable.
Everything went well except when I received my 2 orders the boxes were completely open. Thankfully all books were there and in good condition.

My complaint is about USPS not Book Outlet. The box arrived horribly damaged with rubber bands keeping the box intact. It's actually amazing we received all the books because the box was opened.

Every time I receive a shipment from you the books have slid into each other and mangled the pages or the covers. It's annoying. One time event the front cover had the cardboard box flap tucked into the book. It's a hassle at this point to contact for an exchange because you never do them. It's fine if I have to wait beyond the 3-5 days most other places can get books to you but then to receive them like this is so disappointing. The prices keep me coming back but less so recently. Especially since no matter what special you are running we pay the same amount. If there's an especially good sale, prices are jacked up. If it's the basic save 15% prices are listed as lower.
