The books took MUCH longer to arrive than I expected. I placed an order on September 29 and did not receive it until October 11.
Two of the books I ordered were in perfect condition. The third, less so. The cover was visibly dirty and upon opening the front cover, there were pages cracked away from the spine. If I'd seen this book in a retail store, I would have looked for another copy. It is functional and not unreadable, but probably not worth returning.

Overall a great experience. 85% of the books I received were pristine/giftable; several had bent corners, dirty covers, and one unfortunately had a chunk of metallic rubbed off the binding. I get you sell less than brand new books, but if you'd take half a second packing you'd make your customers exponentially more happy. For the second time my book was damaged due to stupid packing mistakes. One of my softcover books had a hardcover shoved in the middle of it smashing a bunch of pages into an accordion because whoever packed it was too damn lazy or just didn't give a $#*!.

I was thrilled to be able to buy multiple copies of this book--and happy with the price. BUT I was shocked with the packing. It came in two boxes. One of the boxes was broken.The books were loose inside the boxes. There was no interior packing material. My order was short one book--it may have fallen out of the broken box in transit. 2 of the books were damaged and dirty-- two others are also dirty. Before my order shipped, I tried to reach customer service re: expedited shipping (I needed them for an event sooner)--but did not get through. I called when I received the order--did not get through. I sent photos of the damage. I am waiting for response.

Shipping took awhile but even worse was watching our mailman deliver the box and using his hands over the end because it was no longer a taped box. The books had obviously been coming out and several books had dented ends. If there was any package material it was gone. Poorly packaged and dented books, 2 stars is really even too much for this dissatisfying purchase. Very hesitant to order again.
I purchased 4 books in total and two of the books were torn and coming apart. One of them is falling apart in the middle and the other has damages all over the front and back corners.
