The firat order I placed with Book Outler was a disaster. My order was lost in the mail, amd instead of replacing it, I paid more to have less books replaced (sale was over and some books were not available any longer). I finally decided to try again. This time was much better.
A lot of great books although you won't find the wide selection of Amazon. It's more like visiting a brick and mortar store in terms of variety. A large one.
That said, the prices and shipping policy is amazing. Brand new books, some of them fairly new releases or truly new.
My only complaint is that their box didn't hold up to the post office and it was gaping open. Luckily everything intact and undamaged.
I was having difficulty finding a specific book and finally came across Book Outlet during my search. Not only did they have it…. The price was perfect and the delivery was fast. Excellent service. I'll be purchasing from them again.
First time Buyer using Book Outlet. The prices are fantastic! Entire experience was very good, with one exception. We ordered a lot of books and I found the packing was not done well. The large boxes had lots of books and almost zero packing material (bubble wrap, air bags, etc). So the books were free to slide and move, which tore the box up from the inside out. Several boxes were no longer taped and our post office said they even had to tape it somewhat closed to deliver it. The books, thankfully, were not damaged, but I'm not they could have held up to even one more day.
Awesome deals, good quality, and great experience. I got 9 books for the price I would have paid for 3 at a regular bookstore. I've already ordered twice this month!
My only problem was in the delivery. It took 12 days. The automated delivery message was that it was "out for delivery" several times and finally "undeliverable"... but then it came the next day, just as I was about to find another source. I guess all's well that ends well.
Every single time I order, pages are bent or ripped. This time The Match had a ripped jacket cover and severly bent pages. I love your prices but the disappointment over damaged books is getting to be too much. If you wrapped the books in bubble wrap or something it would help. Theyre traveling from Canada to the US and theyre getting very beat up by the time they get here. Last time my box was ripped open and the books exposed and ripped.

Missing 2 books from my order, box looked intact from what I can tell. Order summary/receipt showed that I was shipped the 2 books that were missing. I've opened a ticket, hopefully it gets resolved.
One of the books dust jacket was ripped but the book is in perfect condition. And I'm sure it was thru the usps but my box was ripped and broken (like someone punched the box you could see inside) and just truly unsatisfactory. I shop online quite a bit and that's the worst package I've ever received.
