First time—cheapest I could find the book anywhere, shipped and arrived quickly, excellent condition. Will order again.

The books were a very good price and excellent condition when they arrived! Took a little over a week to get but worth the wait for the price!

This whole experience was horrible! My order was running late. I would check the tracking number and I would see an error message. I would go and email this company Book Outlet, asking for help in helping me see the tracking information and NO ONE would respond. Then I was finally able to see the tracking information one day, and it kept saying that my items was with my local carrier, however it said this for days! I would write them again to ask for help and again NO ONE would respond! The customer service was horrible! Plus when the books finally arrived, one book is very damaged! The damage is not even what the book looked like. So yes, this was not a good experience at all!

Shipping took a longer than I expected about 2 weeks. I received the wrong order. I ordered 2 books as a gift that needed to be gifted this weekend and I received 4 completely different books and nothing I ordered. My first time ordering with this company. Really disappointing.

The overall experience was good. 1st time ordering, however, I was disappointed in receiving my box busted. Feel the order was poorly packaged for the trip it had to make. Please take the time to securely package what you customers pay for. Keeps us coming back!

I did not receive 3 of the books in my order and instead received three random books I didn't want. I am disappointed by this. If my books were sold out, you should have emailed me and told me, and refunded me instead of giving me 3 random books I don't even want.

The packaging used is very poor. Books are simply tossed in a too large box without padding. They arrived with bent covers and pages and smashed corners. More attention to better packaging is needed. This has happened more than once.

I ordered two books, which were shipped the next day! Great! The hardback jacket had been badly stained by water, or something else, so I had to throw the jacket away. The book itself was completely fine.

Many of the books were in poor shape because the packaging is bad. Please look into adding bubble wrap into your packaging.

Fast shipping, brand new condition. I do wish the shipping box would have had some packing paper or something in it to keep the books from sliding around. The 2 books were slid together between the pages when I opened the box. Besides that, everything was great

Overall it was great. Was a bit disappointed it was delivered open. Understand that accidents in delivery happen; perhaps another box fell into it breaking the box. Books were still undamaged, so overall great.

This was our 2nd order with Book Outlet, and we are very happy with the experience! We are a book loving family, and my 10 year old requested activity/craft books for her birthday. I found lots of great options, and I know she will love them!

Books were super low in price I couldn't believe it! I thought they would be in bad condition with how low the prices were but I was wrong! They were in great condition and I absolutely love the book haul I just received!
