My only issue was that my box was not glued well on the bottom so it was open and when I picked it up on my porch to bring it in, books started falling out. I was afraid part of my order might be missing but it was all there.

All went very smoothly... from the ordering process through the delivery. It was packaged very well. I am not able to look inside the books because they are enclosed together in wrap and I will be giving them as a gift to a 6 y/o little girl. But from the cover that I can see of the first book and the description on the website I am sure she will be happy with them. Than you.

The shipping time and price were great. My only complaint is the packaging. The box was all but open by the time it got here, whatever was holding the sides of the box down isn't strong. I've also gotten damaged covers/pages before because there's no sort of inner packaging so things slide around a lot.
The tracking site link never worked, and shipping took a bit longer that expected. Mostly, I've been pleased with the items purchased from Book Outlet. I do wish that your practice of using a marker on the bottom of the pages to remainder items would be changed from a large dot to a narrow line. The dot bleeds onto the pages and is very ugly and distracting. Many of these remaindered books are purchased for a church library and really spoil the books…. A lighter touch with these remainder marks would be much appreciated.
Overall experience was positive, but the box the books were shipped in was MUCH too big and had no additional filler, causing the books to tumble about and sustain some minor surface damage in transit (one book was jostled so much the dust jacket came completely off). The box was also partially open on the bottom.
I will definitely be ordering again. I liked the variety and the price of the books. I didn't love that all of them seemed to have a black or red marker swipe on the top or bottom of the pages. I didn't see that in any information on the website. I also didn't love the time it took to get my order after it was placed. But I'll allow for more time in the future if I'm ordering for a specific occasion.
