Prices and shipping speed can't be beat. The condition a few of the books came in were a little less than desirable. The covers have big black smudges all over them. I guess you get what you pay for. $5.99 for a recent released hardback is pretty hard to beat though.

Prices are awesome! Shipping is ok, not fast but not horribly slow. Books arrived with one damaged. It looked very used, cover completely scratched up and corner bent up and not fully attached to book. I reached out to customer service and am waiting for a resolution. I love book outlet so much, but every order tends to have at least one book damaged. I'd love to see the books packaged better and better quality control. Customer service has always made it right and so I have continued to use book outlet because of that. I would really love to start receiving orders that come with every book in great condition!

BO has been excellent for all of the years that I have been purchasing from them. My only qualm is that they suddenly decided to NOT include an invoice within each puchase.

The packaging and the boxes that the books are put in are not sturdy and 90% of the boxes delivered have arrived badly damaged, some completely opened with the books exposed. The books remained intact for the most part but I will have to see if all the books arrived. I love the books but I am usually disappointed that the boxes are overpacked and the boxes are not sturdy enough to hold the weight. Less books should be in each box.
