Very disappointed. I ordered $90 worth of books back in February and only two of them arrived. I contacted Book Outlet multiple times and when they finally replied in July, they couldn't give me my money back, just store credit which was fine with me. However, I used that credit on some books and they ALL came damaged. The books were not packaged properly. I don't even want to bother with the return process, and I am just very disappointed.
Unfortunately my package went missing and once the time period happened, Book Outlet advised they were credited me for the costs in the way the order was paid (could take up to 5 business days). Well my order FINALLY arrived yesterday - WAY TOO LATE to be given as a Birthday gift - which is why I placed this order - so useless to me now. The 5 business days have not passed yet, so I wait to see if they will honour their word and credit me for this order... As I said I'm generally 99% happy with Book Outlet.

Shipping and delivery take forever, and my box always comes damaged
I am very happy with my purchase and how quickly my books arrived. However, there was one book I received that was just sticky all over. I know these are discounted books and they are not top quality but it was a bit disappointing.
The layout is super easy to use and the selection is so full of variety. The prices are so affordable for such great books.

This shipment the box was very ragged. Need sturdier boxes!
Everything is fine except your delivery. We have a covered front porch, perfect for deliveries keeping the package safe and dry. BUT your delivery person dumped the box in front of the garage door where it was almost run over as we backed out of the garage, and if it had been raining would have been soaked and ruined the books inside. DELIVER TO FRONT PORCH.
It might be the mail carrier, but one if my boxes was open and the other had a gouge. All books were fine.
