Logging into Book Outlet with a clear and detailed list of what I wanted to purchase made using the search feature a breeze. And even though Book Outlet didn't have ALL the books I wanted, the ones they did were sold at an incredible price (especially for being hardcovers!). I was warned shipping took a long time, but I'm not sure if I was lucky or if others are severely impatient because it was about a week's wait for my package to arrive after ordering. A week is nothing. The only thing I wish was different was that the books were mailed with cushion (you know, to avoid getting damaged in transit). All my books came in beautiful condition, but I can't imagine the same luck if I'd bought a paperback. Then again, can I really complain at their price point and free shipping? 5/5 experience, will be buying from again.
The order came really fast and all the books were in good condition. One thing I wasn't a fan of was just the black marker line that was on some of the books.

When my books arrived, the package was a little damaged. The book boxes covering the Bibles were damaged and I had to repair them. These were Bibles to be gifted.
I am overall happy with the price and the product o received except one of the books I got looks like it was dunked in water and has stains all over it. Very poor quality. The other books had minor dings or scratches on the covers which is fine for me with the price but it's gross to get a completely stained up water logged book.

I love ordering from Book Outlet. My only complaint is that their boxes ALWAYS fall apart during shipping. It's an actual miracle if my order arrives in a fully sealed box, which I think has only happened once in the two years I've been shopping with them.
The box my books came in was totally destroyed. It was barely holding together and was gaping open. I'm surprised all the books stayed in. There was no packing material so the books tossed around all during shipment and the paperback books are a little bent up. I didn't realize the books would be marked up from them being clearanced out from other vendors. I will be asking to return most of my order.

It was very easy to order. They had all the books I wanted. The prices were amazing. I ordered it on 11/8 and received it on the 11/17. The only negative thing was my box was torn up. Luckily all the books were in the box.

I only received 4 books out of 15 books ordered. I never received the remaining 11 books since they were returned by USPS. I'm still awaiting a refund for the books as well. I really wanted the rest of my order. I'm not sure if I want to order them again as this was my first order. My experience wasn't great plus I had to contact customer service to check the status. The tracking number stopped working. The books I did received are in great shape.
