Super easy to navigate the website and lots of choices. Only problem I have is how the product was packed. One of my paperback books cover was bent and had other books placed on top, so now I have a crease. Wish they'd checked that before shipping.
So pleased with these books! We got a whole bunch of books for our 1yo for Christmas and they exceeded my expectations! We will absolutely be using Book Outlet in the future.

This was my third order from Book Outlet. As always, I was very pleased with the price of the books and the selection. However, this time my books were packaged very poorly. The box was literally falling apart by the time it arrived. I was honestly surprised that all of the books I ordered were still in the box and in good shape considering the condition of the box. I understand that shipping is not something that Book Outlet is entirely in control of, but this is something that just a few more pieces of tape would have prevented. Overall, I was still satisfied with my purchase.
I love Bookoutlet because I can get so much better deals than I can at other stores. Sometimes the postal service delivery takes longer than it should, but that's just through the postal service, not Bookoutlet itself. Great site!
Two of the books arrived damaged. One of the books was to be a Christmas gift but is clearly in no condition to be gifted, it has sever water damage to the cover, the pages and the book jacket. Another book arrived covered in chocolate goo. I have reported the issue but my "case" is still under investigation.
Books were in excellent condition except for one that had a bent cover due to inadequate packing. Some packing material would have made the delivery perfect
Shipment was very slow and still hasn't delivered completely (1 of 20 books arrived) even though the review email had been sent.

Honestly I'm not sure at this point I put in a ticket for review for most of my order possibly missing haven't heard back yet which is understandable because with the holidays I'm sure everyone is behind but I would really like the items I ordered

My books came in a damaged box and were damaged as well, I reached out to customer service and have not heard back
The books look great, but the box apparently fell apart during shipping. It's some kind of miracle that no books were missing. Box was only held together with lots of packing tape. Your new boxes suck.

Product itself was fine, as was time it took to get here, but the packaging was some of the worst I've ever seen. Tossed loose in a box, when it arrived the box was broken open and with nothing to keep the books from flapping around one of the smaller books was crushed by the bigger ones.
I stumbled upon this site and am so glad I did. It doesn't have the variety as some, but knowing their new books is such a plus. Some versions of very good, are not very good. I went to get a couple, got A ton of stuff got all ages. A

I was pretty pleased with the process. At first I was appreh3nsive about the condition of the books I was ordering as they were much cheaper prices than what you would find in a store. However all books were in really great Condition. Overall great experience and I will be purchasing from them again, and have already recommended to other book-obsessed friends!
