Some of my books I received came with the pages bent inside. Also, at the bottom of 3 of the books, it has this weird goo on it that looks like it might've been from a sticker and marker markings on them.
Easy process to buy a new Hardcover book I wanted for a fraction of the price of a new book in any other store
It is easy to browse and order thru Book Outlet and as a small store I appreciate that I don't have to order multiple copies of books if I don't want.
However, this past order came in LOTS of boxes, some that only had 1 book in it. I would have preferred to have less of a carbon footprint from Book Outlet.

I'm always happy shopping Book Outlet, great sale prices on brand new perfect condition hardback books. They have lots of newer releases, I was able to get a couple I'd been hoping to find & at an amazing price. The only thing I wish is a lower purchase amount to get free shipping, would be nice if you're generally just looking for a couple books at a time as I usually am. Though the coupons they offer are a nice bonus, I tend to use those to cover the shipping cost & it's really helpful. I tell all my reader friends to visit Book Outlet.

The main book I wanted was removed from my order, a week after I placed the order. The only reason I went through with a list of books in my cart was because a book I really wanted showed up on the site. I placed the order, got the book I wanted and some others that were decent. But then a week after I ordered them I got an email saying that the book I really wanted was no longer in stock and removed from my order. I would'nt have gone through with the purchase of any of the books if the I knew the one I really wanted was not avaliable.
Email communication is a little unclear. Still waiting for most of my order.
The new boxes are no good. I frequently order and with the old boxes only ever received one that was damaged. With the new boxes I have received many damaged or partially open boxes. Please return to the old boxes.

Book Outlet has a huge selection of heavily discounted books. I was able to find many excellent titles from 2+ years ago, but as expected there was very little from the past 2 years.

I had never heard of Book Outlet and was looking for a specific calendar. When I googled the calendar, Book Outlet popped up and with such a cheap price. Then I had to google the Book Outlet to see if they were a legitimate company and I was reassured by what I read. I ordered it, still skeptical but thinking if it was a scam I could get my money back from the credit card company. I am so happy I was wrong and we got the exact product I wanted, in fact, I got two with shipping for the same price as one full priced calendar. I highly recommend Book Outlet!
