I ordered several books and my box came damaged. So one of the books got damaged. Other than that it was a great experience.

I love the books, but I cannot get my foutain pen for the Calligraphy book to work, and The book that my daughter recieved was very basic and not many step by step things like we thought. The other things are for christmas so I have not opened them yet! I think improving the description and more photos of what we are buying would be a great improvment so we know what it is that we are spending money on.

Would have loved the books I received but the shipper put them in a much bigger box, didn't wrap or secure anything and all three books were either bent and crinkled ( paperback) or the the corners torn and bent ( hardbacks), from sliding around in a huge box…One book was a gift, or supposed to be, your company is only as good as the person responsible for getting the product to you in good condition. I order many "used" books that arrive looking far better than the three I received from your company. Won't be ordering from this company again. First and last time. The person who boxed this order had to know how ridiculous it was and didn't care…

Book Outlet is the best! These books are truly brand new and you cannot beat the prices.

First time ordering from Book Outlet and was beyond excited to recieve my books. I got 21 books for around $95 which is such a steal, especially since some were hardcover! The only thing I was surprised about was that it took 3 weeks to deliver. The books came in mostly good condition. Some had sharpie marks on the top or bottom of the book and others had stickers on the front. But overall, my experience with this shop was great and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Really impressed with everything I got. I thought maybe being an outlet the books wouldn't be in the best condition but everything was perfect.

I loved the price of the books! I had to wait a very long time for them to come in and they were a little damaged from not being wrapped up inside the boxes. Need to wrap them better!

So happy with my purchase. Such a great price and I can't find a single thing wrong with the book. Shipping was fast and affordable. I will definitely be using Book Outlet for my future purchases.

I love Book Outlet but here a few things that could make this better. 1 - you need an app. I check your website more if I could see the app on my phone. 2 - the shipping tracking is NOT accurate and frustrating. Other than that, I love this website & the books that come from here.

Whoever packaged my books should be fired. Nobody should ever pack books in a box STANDING UP! Some of my books were bent, had a corner of the cover bent and creased or had a page creased from being bent. I was extremely upset by this. One of the books i got was a gift to a friend and now its slightly bent from being packed standing up and forced to curve around the other books.
