I love book outlet! I get an entire box of books for under $40!
Ordered 10 books. Shipping confirmation indicated all 10 books were sent. Shipping was slow. Only 6 books were in the package when it arrived. Customer service offered a refund or to resend them. Opted for the latter, but 20 days will go by before the order is processed and sent. Nothing offered for the inconvenience.

Great selection. Overwhelming to search through but other than that, it was great.
I am very disappointed because the box was delivered yesterday, December 15th and was all broken and open. Only 19 of the 30 books I ordered were in the box. I need them for a party tonight. I do hope this will be resolved. I submitted a ticket and pictures of the box last night.

I was very excited to see the list of great books. It was easy to order. However only one item of my entire order was delivered. Box wasn't sealed or closed correctly. Customer service took over an hour of holding to be hung up on by automated system. One more time of trying and so far it's over an hour again of hearing the call system. They won't respond to emails.
My book order got lost in the mail. I contacted book outlet after two weeks and the books were replaced or refunded. Books were of good quality.
One of the books i ordered had the pages falling out of it.

My experience was good. 2 out of the 11 books I order had the covers torn a little. But I just said I was shipping damage and went on about my day.

I ordered 17 books. Received a free one. There was an issue with one book, but I still gave 5 stars because when I contacted customer service they were very courteous, pleasant,helpful. They told me I didn't have to return the book, that I had a choice of refund or replacement. I choose replacement & was immediately shipped another.
The whole process took too long. Most of us have gotten used to much faster online service. Additionally, someone in the whole process may have used my credit card for efforts to fraudulently try to make purchases from several different companies for a total of well over $1000.00. I suggest you somehow check the people involved in the entire process. My credit card company caught everything and I cancelled all and am getting a new credit card number, etc. My suspicion is based on what else I used that card for and the timing of all uses. In my opinion each factor seemed to point to use of it in purchasing from you. On a positive note, the 3 books I ordered and have now been received were of good quality and I am pleased with them.
