All the books have a black sharpie mark on the edges of the pages. One or two books have torn or bent covers. Otherwise the price was great!

There was a delay at the border with a carrier and we had a number of packages affected by the delay and it looks like yours was one of the unlucky ones. The box came completely damaged and open and we had a rain storm. The prices and the experience and shipping time were great but some of the books were damaged. This isn't a normal occurrence for my orders but the packaging job was very poor. The tape wasn't fully attached and the box was not very reliable.

The children's book- used- was in nice condition. Unfortunately, the musical Sing-Along feature does not work, even with NEW batteries. I should have realized that a used book isn't perfect, but it's a REAL disappointment for my grandson!

I have ordered several times and have always been happy. This time my books arrived with no packing and 2 of the paperbacks had covers that were completely bent and creased. These are gifts so a little embarrassing.
I love this website. So many titles and genres to choose from at great prices. Shipping takes longer than I'd like however I have so many books that I'm not in a hurry. I was just anxious waiting 2 weeks for Christmas gifts to arrive that I'd ordered on the 1st and 2nd of December for the office Christmas party. But the books are in great shape when they arrive though. I have ordered from here a lot and will continue to do so and refer this website to anyone I know and meet.
The prices seemed good and I received the books within a week of ordering them. The only issue was one of the books I purchased I received an email about a few days later saying it was not in stock anymore so I was disappointed by that. Otherwise service was great and I would definitely purchase more books from here.

My order was supposed to come in 2 shipments. I have only received the first one. So far, I absolutely love my new books. I'm still waiting for second shipment.
I ordered 12 books from Book Outlet on this first order and all 12 arrived in good readable condition most were in excellent condition. Two of the 12 (two mass market paperback) had some damage to the cover but this obviously does not affect their readability. Shipping was quicker than I expected - I ordered on 12/15 hoping to get them before Christmas and received on 12/21.
