TERRIBLE... I ordered my books Dec 11 and got shipping confirmation on Dec 13 and they did not leave your facility until Dec 23rd. I called in and was lied to. I was told my books were stuck at the border and they hadn't even left your facility. I kept opening tickets trying to get tracking and they kept being "resolved" and closed when they werent resolved. I emailed to get a refund and was told no even though when I called originally the lady told me to call back on December 27th because it had been 10 business days at that point if I hadnt receieved my books. Just terrible customer service and I really do not like being lied to.

Amazing prices on books that are in great condition. I made 3 seperate orders within one week because there was just so much too choose from! Sadly one never came, it was lost, which is not their fault. And I was offered a refund or a fulfillment immediately. Great customer service!
I never received my book although I was charged. The website did not recognize my order number and when I opened a service ticket, I never heard back. Terrible experience - will never order again!

The box you shipped in are very hard to open. I know you have the "pull here" to open it but the tab ripped right away and I basically had to destroy the box to get it to it. Just a note.
