The shopping experience at Book Outlet was good, and the prices were amazing. The communication regarding the tracking was lacking a bit (however I do not know if it was the fault of the vendor or of the USPS). I ordered just before Christmas and the books arrived yesterday (January 4,2023)...however the USPS website still shows it as in transit. Ugh! LOL
The books were perfect but the shipping box broke open and I was just lucky the books didn't get lost or damaged. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Please use sturdier shipping materials!

I was so excited for these book becasue they were so cheap and on sale! The delivery took forever. I ordered 16 books and received ONE, that was torn and damaged. The other books have not come yet and the tracking number has not been updated sine 12/31. So those books are probably lost in the mail somewhere.

Good selection, reasonable prices and no problems with delivery.
Two of the books I ordered have unusual damages. They're both readable, but have damaged dust jackets. Specifically, "Mediocre" has dirt and scuff markings all over the front, back, and spine. No rips, but it looks like it was slid across a dirty warehouse floor a few hundred times. "Half Blown Rose" has large pieces of packaging holding down the flaps of the book to its cover. If removed, the hardcover would definitely tear. I expect the random sharpie dot or line on the page edges, but this was pretty excessive IMO. None of this was shipping related—the box wasn't opened, dented, or damaged in any way.
Delivery took longer but ordering near Christmas I expected it to.
