Disaster. The boxes were ripped open die to improper packaging. The books were damaged. Loose books thrown into oversized boxes with no packing or waterproofing. My order had 2 boxes and both were improperly packed and because of that both boxes had damaged books.
There are many places to buy books online: Do yourself a favor and shop at one of the many other alternatives.
Great experience! All of the books were VERY good prices with very minor damage. I hate paying full price for anything, especially books. Delivery took about 10 days. I will continue to order from here.

I love using book outlet and getting books for a great price. My only concern is the box they are mailed in. Every time I order, my box comes half open. One time 2/3 of my order was missing, and due to the nature of book outlet and how some books just aren't always available, I couldnt get them replaced. Every other order, the mail carrier has told me to check my order because the box has been opened and she had to tape it shut. Its the bottom of the box every time. If that could get fixed I would be 10x happier

I normally purchase books retailers like Barnes n Noble or off Amazon. I was shocked to see the price difference! The savings are really quite eye opening. The thing I like the most is the shipping price is always the same no matter how many books you order.
Only issue I had was the box was not sealed closed. Luckily none of the books were missing, but maybe make sure to tape up the boxes :)
