One of the three packages I received was fairly heavily damaged and taped. It is unclear whether the taping occurred prior to shipping as the books were arranged in a way that did not allow the lid to fully close. Luckily, there was minimal damage to the contents.
The reason for ordering on line was to purchase something in pristine condition and not have one stick a price tag from Walmart on the cover. I would like to make arrangrments to have this book replaced and receive one without any price tags on the book stuck anywhere. Please let me know how I can do this as I am running out of time to present it as a gift.

Books were great quality, and so much easier than having to go to the book store! Exactly what I expected and for SUCH a low price.
Love the price and shipping speed. The only issue would be the books were just loose inside a bigger box, and they tumbled around like clothes in a dryer and ended up with one book's pages being stuck inside the other. It would've been nice to have some filler packing material in there to help keep that from happening.
My package was ripped open, a chunk and 2 books missing. 3 others damaged! I am waiting for a refund! Tracy Gendron

I would be overall satisfied but I was missing two books out of my order I sent a ticket for it yesterday so I know it's too soon to have heard anything back from it this is my second order through y'all and I thoroughly enjoy this company only reason you got a low rating was for missing items!

The shipping was extremely quick, however the larger box was a bit beat up and 2 of the books were folded/bent upon arrival.

Do not like 30th sticker on the front cover. Too difficult to remove. I ordered 13 books and only 3 were delivered yesterday, hoping the others will be delivered soon. Tracking didn't note more than 1 pkg.

This is my 2nd or 3rd order since I found the website about 3 years ago. The website is good, easy to use and gives enough information about the products. Ordering was easy. I didn't realize my order was coming in 2 shipments. I would say the shipping materials could have been a little more efficient (i.e. The packaging for both shipments seemed far larger than necessary) but the fact that it was all paper-based/biodegradable and recyclable was still a plus. Shipment time was reasonable especially for the excellent price! The rewards program is also really great. Thank you!
Love this company. Nothing better than a book in my hand. This company is so reasonable and am a repeat customer many times.
Delivery took about 10 days longer than indicated. However, this was just after Christmas and crippling snowstorms had shut down transportation across the country. I got an email saying that my package was being held at the border and custom charges may be pending. Similar to scams circulating. I contacted Book Outlet because the tracking numbers did not match. They confirmed it was likely a scam. A couple of days later, the package started moving again as weather improved.
The books were so cheap compared to buying them in store. Some even had target stickers on them and looking up the price I paid less than 1/2 price! I do wish there was full collections- like I bought all the twilight saga except they didn't have the first one. But can't complain with the price!
The prices at Book Outlet are very reasonable and usually much cheaper than commercial bookstores or amazon.
I am so happy that the books I ordered came so fast.
