Was pleasantly surprised that they had the books I was looking for. Good price, good selection!
The recent order was delivered quickly, however the actual delivery was after 10pm at night on a weekend, which is a little inconvenient. A couple of books also had some corner damage, but nothing major.

The books came in excellent condition, pretty much new. And the price per book was very affordable. Would be great to have a wider selection of newer/more popular titles though.
No problems with shopping here. No problems with payment and delivery arrived within specified dates. The times I had to use customer service were pleasant and the problem was resolved. Unlike a department store, it is a wholesale outlet, so the prices and inventory change. And that's the way I like it.
Overall my experience was satisfactory. The search feature often shows a "no match" which is frustrating. I have to search more general or know the name of the book. I think it would be good to have categories like "first readers" for kids.
