Overall positive - but initially I had put books into my cart and when I went to checkout/login to my account, my cart disappeared. So I had to go back and remember which books I included, since they were kids books it was a hassle (>10 books). Not sure if that is even addressable.

Very good service, delivery time, and the quality of the books are great!

I ordered some Paper Mill Press Classics, and absolutely love them. The prices were amazing, delivery time was much faster then I expected. Super pleased!

I've placed several orders from Book Outlet recently, after seeing they had some more recent releases in that I'd been waiting to get. The books all arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. I was especially happy to see some late 2021 releases easily available.

Book Outlet has literally saved me hundreds of dollars! My kids and I read A LOT which is great but can get expensive, even if buying from the discount shelf at major book stores or big box retailers. Here I can always find a great selection for my kids and myself - there are authors and series we recognize, but we've also been able to risk trying out new authors for the first time without great expense. Have discovered some new series my kids are loving, a challenge for every mom of an avid reader. While the selection varies and what we're looking for isn't always available, I find if I check the site regularly and I'm often pleasantly surprised to find a favourite author appear. The quality of the books has always been excellent - one hardly notices these are "seconds". Their condition never interferes with reading.

The books i got were hardcovers ive had my eye on for weeks but instead of paying $38+ i got them on bookoutlet for 7.49? Obviously i had to get them all because i just know theyre going to be in brand new condition too

Low price for brand new book. Shipping was very reasonable and received item quickly. Great experience.

My only complaint, or suggestion, would be adding optional local pick up. I live 20 minutes from book outlet store & warehouse, the order travels close to 300kms to get to me, instead of 30kms - it's hard to ignore the environmental impact of this.
The store doesn't carry the same variety the website does which is understandable, but adding 10x the travel distance is disheartening.

Every month I am tempted to look for new titles knowing full well I will find a great diverse selection at great prices. What more could a bookworm ask for?

Navigating through the website is simple and easy and the delivery time is great! I am thrilled beyond words with the Book Outlet. I could go on and on but I have books to read...

The Book Outlet always seems to have something in stock that I was looking for, and the orders are quickly processed. Postal delivery is a wee bit slow (no fault of the Book Outlet, of course), yet the delivery charges are reasonable and selection is good. Service and communications are top notch. Thanks!

The book I ordered was shipped and I received it very quickly. The book was in great condition. Very good price!

Highly recommend them. Book was brand new and received it within a couple of days. Will order from them again.

I ordered a book last year. The order shows as "shipped" but not as "delivered". I never received the book and since the order didn't show an expected delivery date, I couldn't tell what the "contact us 10 days after the expected delivery" would be. I contacted customer service, just to get a very unprofessional response (see below). So, I paid for something I never received, which is usually called "scam".

Love this book outlet to shop! Wish I knew about it sooner so I have easy ordering process, and the quick, careful, and efficient delivery. Thank you!

The only thing I don't enjoy about shopping with Book Outlet are the new packing boxes you've started using. I say "new", but you've been using them for several months. They're more cardboard to recycle, and the tab *never* works to open it (always breaks within a few inches from the starting edge), which means I then have to pry up the edges of the weird overlaid cardboard part (I've gotten several cardboard paper cuts doing this. It sucks). I used to be able to reuse your boxes, but I can't now, because the flaps for the actual boxes don't cover the whole box, so it doesn't completely close.

I have ordered several books and I was not disappointed. Fast shipping, great prices and selection. The only reason for 4 stars is the fact that most of the books are marked with a marker, could be less conspicuous when doing so, ad hard to give ad a gift with large marks on page
