I was quite disappointed with the condition of a cloth baby item received recently. Although being in the original packaging, the item was dirty. Book Outlet would not address the situation except to say that when you order things, you take your chances on the condition of items.

The book I ordered was half the price listed anywhere else. It was like new. Packaging was strong so soft cover wasn't bent. Delivered quickly. And it's in Canada, so I saved on shipping costs. Very happy. It's my go to bookstore before I make a purchase

Book outlet is one of those things that seems to good to be true, but it's actually not. I've placed 3 orders at this site and bought many hundreds of dollars worth of books for maybe $100 at most. Most of the books are basically in the same condition that you would get if you ordered it new from amazon, except sometimes with a few black marks on the edge. The deals are honestly amazing and i can't believe so few people seem to know about this hidden gem of a website

Books are nice. Child likes bright pictures and stories. I recommend these products.

They are fast, efficient and take your happiness serious. I had a box should up destroyed (as were the books which wasn't there fault) and they got back to me so fast and offered me many opinions on what I could do. I love them!

It was great to find the book I was looking for and the price was good value but the shipping ended up the same price as the book. It's worth shopping here for books You may not be able to find elsewhere just be aware that shipping will add considerably to the bargain prices.
