I was so happy to find the books I as looking for and the service was quick and efficient.

I'm a Bibliofile from an early age and have spent my life at bookstores and ordering online. This was my first Book outlet experience. Your prices are unbeatable, delivery was fast and in a box, which is much better than the bubble bags but the two hardcovers were quite dirty and the softcover had a lot of damaged pages.

I have been shopping at bookoutlet.ca for the last four years, they ship fast, have a great selection and the prices can't be beat. Oh yeah and the books are exceptionally well packaged they show care and consideration that is becoming a rare commodity for online merchants. Books always arrive in pristine condition.

First time ordering and won't be the last! I ordered 4 books and they were nearly double the price in other online books stores. Totally worth it and I've told my friends about this website too. Definitely recommend!

I love Book Outlet and have been a regular customer of theirs since my friend recommended them to me in 2019; I've placed a couple dozen orders with them over the past couple years. With a large family, gifts of toys and treats aren't ideal for my nieces and nephews as they just get too much - however books are always welcomed and I love that I get to spoil them while also encouraging them to share in my love of reading. I love that I can often find book series with prices so low that I can often buy the first few books to introduce the series to the kids. Aside from buying for children (ages ranging from 3 to 14 years old), I also pick up great books for myself and the adults in my life. My cookbook collection has blown up since discovering Book Outlet.

Their customer service has always been top notch; very responsive and very customer focused. The shipping is incredibly well priced and everything has always shown up within the time frame given - even during the crazy Christmas periods over the past two years. I love that they're based in Canada and everything is handling in CAD rather than being a "Canadian" company that charges in USD. I also really appreciate that they use CanadaPost as their shipper; keeping as much of their services Canadian and utilizing such an important service is really important to me.

I am SO glad I discovered Book Outlet. I was looking for a couple of books that were published in Britain and hard to find. Book outlet had them and at a great price! I found so many other books I had wanted at great prices as well! Shipped fast, packaged well! I will be back again (once I'm done reading the many books I ordered)

I ordered 18 books from Book Outlet and I paid only $75! I got free shipping, and all the books came in one package in just a few days. I also had promo code because I was new member which was great! I received a mix of both soft and hard cover books and most were in great condition(I believe only one was not the best, but still fine overall)! Did not have all the books I was looking for (but who does?), and would definitely buy from again- so cheap! If I were to buy all these these same books from Indigo, I would have paid upwards of $300, likely even more!

There is always such a great variety and prices. I buy a book (or 2 or 3) a month for my grandson and he always looks forward to see what I have brought. There is also craft kits and so much more. The order is well packaged and arrives in a week!

This is the on line book store I will stick with after trying a few others. Your service is faster, your prices are reasonable and I can usually find the books I'm looking for.

The books I purchased were so expensive on amazon, and hard to find anywhere else. I saw someone on TikTok mention Book Outlet so I checked it out. Shipping price was reasonable, and the book prices were also very reasonable. Super happy with my experience!

I was a bit sceptical at first but i got my books in less than a week and i cannot be happier! They're not even old books, i weirdly expected old books. I LOVE THEM!

I love how easy it was to navigate the site and find new-to-me books. I could have spent hours browsing the books and with those prices, they just can't be beaten! I was able to find some great books for my 8-year-old and 4-year-old. And free shipping over $45... it was a no-brainer. I can't wait to place my next order!

I was surprised how quickly my order arrived, considering the shipping is inexpensive. And I love all three books, they're exactly as expected.

I ordered 2 books, they came in a fairly large box by themselves with no padding to keep them in place, one book was wedged in the other and the pages were horribly bent. Would've been great if they took care for the packaging to keep the books from bumbling about and being damaged during shipment.
