I have purchased from this site before and am always happy with the box that arrives. My grandchildren love books so it's a great way to fill their shelves. The only thing that annoyed me is you have to be familiar with the prices so you understand the offers. When you offer buy two get one free the prices are higher. When there is no offer the prices are lower. I noticed a lot of titles and collections had left the site in a short period of time I was going to make another order after I received my last one. My suggestion for any one is. Us it when you see it don't wait. I will continue to make purchases the quality is great for the price!

Amazing Prices! The whole process is seamless and delivery is quick. Love that you can earn rewards quickly and redeem them with ease! As a teacher I am constantly updating reading materials and book outlet allows me to do this without the heavy cost usually involved with books.

Package delivered on a rainy afternoon and left outside, though protected area nearby. Obviously not BookOutlet's fault. Box fell apart, most books water-damaged. Notified BookOutlet, sent photos. Jason responded promptly, replaced all damaged books at no charge, including one I later noticed had also been soaked. Have been ordering from BookOutlet for several years; always pleased with condition and price.

This is my first time using this company, decided to support local instead of Amazon.
The purchase was easy, delivery not so much. I live in a condo building with no security guard. I was out of town when the first 2 attempts were made to deliver, there was no delivery slip on the lobby door or voicemail left on my phone which connects to the intercom. I checked online to see that these delivery attempts were made or I would not have known. I waited around the following day, took a quick shower and forgot to take my phone and missed the delivery by several minutes. I called and asked if he could come back since it was less than 5 minutes, no luck. I waited around the next day thinking he would come back around that same time, no delivery. I called to check and was told it was not on the delivery run that day and they did not know when it would be scheduled next. I got a call that evening at 8pm from the driver, he was at my building and I received the package. He could have delivered it the following day, appreciate the fact he came out in the evening, it was lucky I was home as was not expecting it. Other delivery companies leave slips or messages, also have a place you can pick up in the neighbourhoood if you miss the delivery, this company does not offer this.

Books were a great price & delivered in a reasonable amount of time (dont expect the amazon 5 hour delivery but if you are not in a rush it was great) - books are new. If what you are looking for is on here its a great way to save a few bucks on your next read!

Totally recommend to all, books are very new and prices are very reasonable.

Some of the books received were in rough shape. Extremely dirty dust jackets, dented hard cover corners, small tears on har cover corners/spine.

Would not recommend for gifts, if you're looking for books in pristine condition.

Also wish the website would provide 1-2 page preview of the book's interior.

I buy a lot of books but it was the recommendation of a friend that brought me to Book Outlet for the first time.

It took the delivery service 3 trys over 2 weeks to finally deliver my book because they were not given our email or phone number. They could have left it at the door if I had been asked.

My order took weeks to arrive. Was nearly impossible to get in touch with anybody. I called many times, reached the automated system saying they were too busy and to call back. Each time I called back, no answer. When I finally got in touch via email, 4 out of my 8 books ordered were out of stock. I was refunded for those books, but no discount on the ones that were in stock. New books were finally sent, but from the time I placed the order until I finally received was 5 weeks! Completely unacceptable. With nothing more than an apology, and your "books must be lost in transit." Will never order from here again!

Ordered four chapter books for young kids. With delivery it came to just over $20! I don't mind waiting on a longer delivery for the great prices, although It only really took maybe four or five days longer than another site may have taken. Highly recommend and I will be shopping online here again!

Their range of book price and variety was awesome, delivery time there is nothing to complain about! I would love to use Book Outlet once again!
