Book outlet is fantastic! You'll find books for cheaper than in store or Amazon. Some books may have a very small defect like a black dot or bent corner, but most are brand new and for a quarter of the price makes it so worth it! They get new stock all the time. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Late August or early Sept. I order several books from Book Outlet. You had the titles I wanted and at unbeatable prices. Weeks passed before I realized that the US Post Office had misdirected my order and then misplaced the parcel. I filed a claim with the Post Office. More weeks passed.
So I informed Book Outlet about my lost books. One or more members of your team graciously offered to replace the books. At first I declined because I remained hopeful that the Post Office would find my package. I thanked your team member(s). They proceeded to send me replacements at no charge and refunded one title Book Outlet no longer had. I received my package today.
This was entirely unexpected, far exceeding my expectations. This is a true example of exceptional customer service.
The next time, I look for one or more books, I will search the Book Outlet first. Thank you very much and best wishes.

Purchased a few books and puzzles, they came in great cpndition eith the excrption of a jpurnal i purchased for my daughter as a gift. The corner of the hard cover had come in damaged. Emailed customer care and when they finally responded, did not give me enough tome to action their query before they closed the ticket for my concern. So not happy there.

I needed an order sent to me within 5 business days of me placing my order and although they advised that it was unlikely that I would get it on time, I ended up receiving my packages within 4 business days! I've made two orders now, and with both orders I've been very happy. Books are in perfect condition, timely delivery, no unnecessary packaging, and hassle-free ordering.

We go to the Book Outlet regularly. Their prices are pretty good and they have a great selection. The only thing we dislike is that you can no longer place an order and then pick it up. Yes - you can get free shipping after purchasing a certain amount, but we miss driving in to pick up our order.
