This has become my favorite bookstore! The prices are amazing, and the selections are good! I hope they don't increase their prices!

I'm so thankful that we can buy great books at good prices through Book Outlet.

The books came quite quickly which I was happy about. I will say one had a damaged spine which to me is a bit more than cosmetic damage.

Books were delivered on a very rainy day. Three of the books were damaged. Contacted company and was refunded for 1 that was out of stock and 2 others were replaced. Great customer service.

I was delighted to find a good inventory of large print books at The Book Outlet. I chose five interesting books for my 93 year old mother, and she was thrilled when she opened the box! She said she felt like a schoolgirl when the library wagon arrived! Thank you for stocking these hard to find items.

The variety of books, games and puzzles are great, but the prices are even better! We love having different things on hand to keep us all amused during rainy spring days, cold winter and fall days and during travel in the summer.

I still haven't received my order. Shipping partner has not updated tracking in over a week.

The prices and book conditions are really good, but there is not a great variety of books and you have to check the site often in order to buy the books you want. There are often discounts throughout the site. A good site to check out if you want to buy that are not really popular, classics or not well-known bestsellers.

Book outlet can be good for finding good books at very good prices. But it can be hard to filter down to the types of books you like and sometimes the editions don't seem to match standard ones. Usually the orders arrive quickly. But for my last order, they shipped the wrong book and I haven't been able to get any follow up on the issue.

I purchase lots of books and Book Outlet is my absolute favourite place to buy from. They have great prices. Fast shipping and the books are always in amazing condition when they arrive!

The shopping ans shipping was great! Lack of communication from Metroland but not on you. I received the book is good condition but with marker on the side of the book. It is a black marker, when I opened the book it did not seem new, as it fid not sound new.

I was able to find some great books that I was looking for at amazing prices that my local "big" book store didn't even have!

I had ordered several books on my last order and received them in a box where there was no paper or other material to hold them together. This obviously allowed the books to move around a lot during shipping and one of the paperbacks had a folded cover which has caused a permanent crease. I have ordered quite a few books up until now and this has never happened before. So I would think that most of your employees who pack the books know better. Other than that I am quite satisfied with your services.
