I found them very good. Their rates are excellent. I usually used to exchange at airport counters and for me it's like winning a lottery. Too many savings for me. Excellent customer support team. They guide you through the whole process and even the follow up is amazing. For a lazy person like ke they offer home delivery. Which is excellent And you don't pay for it either.

I am recimmending them to anyone who wants to save money

One Sagar did an excellent job in issuing and reloading my card. I was impressed by the smooth operation.

But I have been disappointed by the way they give written promises and do not keep it. Also my card got blocked over a weekend. I was cash strapped and lost my reputation at a merchant outlet. Then when I contacted bookmyforex they just declined all responsibility and sent me to fend for myself. No compensation was paid in spite of writing to their ceo. So god forbid anything happens to your card.

I have recently migrated to Australia and have transferred money from India to Australia. Its been 7 days now since my father has lodge money in their account but i have not received my funds here in Sydney. Sumit is not even replying to my emails and not attending my phone call since last 3 days. I have requested the proof of the transfer at numerous occassiins and i am so worried that my hard earned money is not safe.

I am dealing with Sumit and still waiting for their reply. Unbelievable worst experience so far. I am going file FIR by monday if they didnt reply me. Thinking of going to India in two if the matter is not resolved.

I found them on Google and dialled their number, assuming they would also behave like any other currency exchange shop/company with an attitude of "I don't care". But my experience was completely opposite. I found their rate cheaper as compared to forex shops, western union or xyz.

The best part is that you dont have to call multiple shops. You just have to call them and they will contact their dealers to find you the best price and you dont have to worry about the capacity too. You name it and they have it

I was in India and was looking on Google to find a money exchange outlet nearby to convert my Currency into Indian Rupees, I found this online portal BookMyforex.com and thought of checking the rates they offer. I noted down the conversion rate offered by them at the time and decided to compare the rates offered by the nearby bank branches and small money changing outlets. To my surprise, the rates being offered on BookMyforex were far better than the rates being offered by the bank branches and money changers in the vicinity.
