Just ordered my card few hours back and received my card now. Plus the exchange rate is the best among 4 peers that i checked. My experience with BookMyForex has been very good. Nitin has always helped me to transfer money easily and as quickly as possible.

I am using this site regularly for the last one year for doing forex transactions as my both the kids are studying abroad. And I found them good in their job. Book myforex holds your refund money when you return to india and sell your balance forex thro BMF. And no one helps. I have my money stuck and they are not even answering since 12 days when my refund will come, they have debited it from my forex cards and are holding my money.

I purchased a forex card and on uplodaing the required documents was provided the card within the same day with the money loaded within 24 hours. Good service overall!

The USP of book my forex is their time frame of providing the information and delivering the informed product in the same exact time as promised. Exchange rates are very very good and well below the competition when it comes to a person purchasing forex from BMF. Overall, I give a big thumbs up to the BMF team and have help me with my queries as well.

All i can say is not reliable and they dont give proper information and will charge you for something they dont tell you, also you cant cancell and get your money back

Cannot trust the service of bookmyforex. On one occasion they booked the order and just before travel date said that they cannot provide the currency due to shortage in market and on other occasion they asked to pick the currency while on my way to airport since they cannot deliver in time. Got better rates and much better service from offline vendors
