There's nothing better than winning over an irate customer. BookMyForex did just that. I was initially disappointed with the USD currency notes I got. No major issues just small stamps but enough to be a bother for the fussy money changers in SEA. So they replaced almost all the notes with crispy 100 dollars that were absolutely mint quality. That too the next day. All credit goes to the young and dynamic Operations Manager Abhishek Mathur. He's a true customer service maniac. BookMyForex management you've got a gem, do what you need to keep him.
Oh and they do have the best forex rates. Reason why shifted from Centrum, with whom I've been dealing since 2010.

I have been using their services since last 1 year ( 3 trips... 2 to Europe and 1 to Bali). Their rates are the best in the market and I have never faced any issues in Mumbai with their service.
Everything is on time and will be dealing with them again for sure.
My only suggestion would be to provide credit card payment option without any additional charges (Right now they charge 2.5% fees for credit card).

Gave advance token money for SGD cash, it's been 4 days and hasn't received currency yet. Tomorrow I have to catch the flight and stupid customer service are stalling and giving false promises of delivery. I wish I could have given No Star rating to them.

Firstly they do not provide help 24/7. I have been using their service for quite sometime now. There always has been some minor things, which is fine and can be overlooked. But my last experience literally made me cry at an international airport. I took forex card from them, which was supposed to be activated before I reach my foreign destination. They said some documents were missing, which were provided to them in hard copy. But they probably misplaced it. They didn't send me any mail/message about documents and didn't activate my card. I was stuck in one of the US airport, with no one from their team there to help as their office was closed. So i was stuck at the airport with no money, card not working and no one to help. One cannot probably imagine the condition of a person stuck at an international destination with no help. All thanks to bookmyforex. Hence, please choose a trusted bank instead of these guys.

I ordered my forex card online at around 12 PM and uploaded all my documents online. Once the payment was made, I was very well assisted by an executive named Vishal Murekar who ensured my query gets resolved and I get my card delivered at the earliest. He made sure that I got my card delivered at my office (without any charge) on the same day by 3 PM. Highly recommended!
The forex card was delivered in a couple of hours or ordering, by their executive Tarun Raghav. He explained the details and all the nuances pretty well, making the entire experience hassle free.
