Why do I have to write a review? Ahahaha I have received my Booking information! Weird that I have to write a review to confirm I have received them. And 50 words? Ahahah y
I dont know why the system dont accept my card. I should to change to other one
In regards to the customer service it was $#*!ty. I got charged for my room twice and they didn't listen to what I was saying instead they told me that I should of called them as I was checking in and who is supposed to know that and did not assist me any further in trying to make things right. Poor service all around.

It has been quite a while since last I booked a hotel. I must say they made it easy. The reservation process was simple, clear and held zero surprises. The booking was available when I got there and I was in my room quite quickly without any fuss.
Room was great clean and neat. But they don't have breakfast like they advertised
Best western was exactly what you expect. Seemed clean, not the nicest hotel on the planet, but for the price and length of short stay it was western
Be very careful with this booking bargains, it looks and seems like they gave you a good price and that would be the total and end of it, be careful and need to read the whole thing for extra charges that hotel would charge you extra when you get there and they would not do anything to help you and would blame it on the website. Its hard to get hold of them and they will send you some where in India to answer you call and then need to explain the situation which is hard because they do not speak very good and they keep transferring you to different person or transfer your call
Easy to book. Confirmation quickly, and I like the followup to make sure of confirmation.
