This place is a joke, they refuse to even return your shipping when you pay extra so your purchase gets to you on time I paid for my order to be sent in 2-3 days called their customer service and they had every excuse to not refund your shipping even though I paid an extra 8.99$ ordered on the 17th my purchase will not arrive till the 30th almost 2 weeks even with the promise of 2-3 days I ordered on Amazon the following day and left it at standard and have already gotten my packages. The customer service staff refuse to take any accountability for the issues and will not help ridiculous since this is in the US you would expect a bit better service. I will not be ordering from here again and would recommend ordering from another vendor with better customer service. Zero stars.

Wrong item

I had ordered a piece of jewelry and the whole situation was bad. 1st it didn't arrive when stated a week later, then it was the wrong item purchased and now I keep getting the runaround about a refund!? Save your money and piece of mind and shop elsewhere.

One of my items was out of stock and I didn't get a notification or anything until my packaged got delivered (which was like a 9pm I was waiting all day) and I noticed one of my items were missing. And I saw a little piece of paper they sent saying I could exchange it which was nice. I would expect an email about my item being out of stock so I can exchange it before it got shipped out instead of waiting until my package got delivered to realized an item I bought was out of stock. That would of saved another shipment and another week of waiting.

Missing nose ring

This company is the worst. I order six pieces of jewelry & I received only 5 of them. I contacted body candy. And they told me to take picture of initials on the shipping card in package & email it back so I did that. They lied & said they reshipped item out. I reached out multiple times but they stopped all communication. And the worst part as well was it toke the first package almost a month & a half to come. And a pair of the silver ball earrings I bought in that order the ball broke off while putting earrings on for first time. Poor customer service & they rip off.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option... chalky made and even after getting the 11.99 industrials replaced for not having all the gems in the balls. I still received defective industrials but then they want to charge 12; 00 a piece. Absolutely horrible will never skip here AGAIN. CUTE JEWELRY CHEAPLY MADE!

DO NOT PURCHASE

They never shipped me the items I ordered and paid for, and now are being extreamly uncooperative with a refund. I don't think I will be getting a refund, and I spent 40$. There is no shipping information available for what I ordered, but it "shipped" four weeks ago so I am 100% sure it is not coming in the mail and never was. It does not take four weeks for a package to travel internationally. The customer service reps will also argue with you. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

I've ordered from them twice now. Shipping to Canada was reasonably quick both times.
It is not top quality but you are also not paying top price, so you have to keep this in mind. I love my earrings from Body Candy. I wear my little blue cones all the time- sleeping, swimming, etc

Honestly not that bad

I purchased from this site about a week ago cause I somewhat got scammed into thinking that the fact the earrings were 8 dollars and not 30 dollars (on discount) meant that i needed to act quickly before the discount ran out. I bought the earrings, then i looked on this site right AFTER i purchased (i know stupid) I got the earrings today and was a bit sad cause i realized they were the wrong gauge for my cartilage piercing. I called customer service and they were surprisingly pleasant! From these reviews i got the impression they were going to be terrible, but it was great they were very helpful and quick. Unfortunately, i found out that their returns are a bit complicated, you only get in store credit and no refund, and you have to work out the shipping arrangements yourself. This to me just didn't seem worth it so i decided to get a bit crafty. I took one of my old earring backings and used loctite to glue them onto the ones i received. This worked and i was pretty pleased! Definitely not worth the price, you can most likely find cheaper earrings on etsy or something that are even better quality. But at the end of the day i'd just only buy a small amount before splurging on this site to see if you really like the jewelry cause you won't be getting any refund. Hope this review helps! Xx

Paid for a simple piercing. Have never used them before wanted to check them out. As a first time buyer from them I will tell you in never going back. I have emailed them along about my package. Tracking saying is still in New York. Paid for the 2-7 day shipping and I guess they put it on snail mail. Its been weeks to almost a month since I ordered it. And the refund policy. Got to love it. Not. No refunds only store credit. Come on if im not happy that I didn't get the first thing I bought why would I buy from you again. Like I said in the title my wish piercing came in from China.
I have sent emails asking where it is and I get auto messages. Saying track your package here.
NEVER BUY FRO. BODY CANDY. THEY JUST SCAM YOU.

Long story short, I ordered about 4 pieces of jewelry from this sight on 7/25... it's now 10/12 and I haven't even gotten an email explaining why my items have yet to ship. Oh but they made sure to send me an initial email letting me know that they charged me for my order. Are you not embarrazzed? This is really embarrazzing.

Misleading

I ordered a few pieces from this company with intentions of replacing my tragus piercing. I love the look of the small diamonds they offered on their website. Unfortunately the posts were way too small in Length and Cant get post attached to ball once it was in my tragus won't be ordering from this company again..

Jewellery comes broken

After waiting almost two months (which was understandable seeing as i live overseas from the store and covid) i received my package. When i opened it some belly rings were just shoved in lose while others in their brand packaging and others just in plastic bags. Most of these rings looked really poor quality (like costume jewellery) and when i opener some bags the belly rings were broken! This is one of those shopping experiences where just everything goes wrong. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I've bought from them twice and am still currently waiting on my second order.
Here's the deal, you get like 3 or 4 shipping options. Standard 7-14 buisness days, 3-4 buisness day i think a 2-3 buisneas day and an overnight shipping. Each one costs mone, go figure, heres the bull$#*! though! It doesn't matter which you pay for, it all winds up in the hands of the usps. My first order i picked the standard shipping and it didn't arrive until over a month later. My second purchase I wanted to avoid that dilemma and paid another 12 dollars for ups 3-4 day shipping. Ita been almost 2 weeks since it was supposed to be delivered and I just emailed customer service to find out whats going on. Their response was it is being shipped through usps even though I paid for ups, even though I have a ups tracking number. So essentially what I paid for was for it to ship to my state in 3-4 days through ups and then be handed off to the usps of my city or county and let them decide when I get it. Its a $#*!ing scam, its a literal waste of money. Please don't spend your hard earned cash on these people. Theyre clearly only in it for a quick buck and thats bull$#*!. Also fair warning they don't give refunds, only store credit for their dumb items.

WORST SERVICE EVER!

I was so excited to purchase my items from body candy, they are so adorable. I ordered my package on Aug 25 and received my package a whole month afterwards(!)... worse yet, there were 10 missing items from my package. I contacted customer care and there was a whole runaround before they could send the missing 10 items, this was a month ago and I still have not received the missing items.

I am so disappointed that a site with such beautiful items have such poor customer service, order fulfillment delays, not thoroughly checking packages before sending out to ensure all items ordered are in the package, etc

I was no even given any compensation such as - a discount, one-day shipping, etc, for this delay; there is a total lack of customer retention approaches and I will not be spending my money here ever again.

I had placed 2 orders before and no problems. But other day i was looking on their website bad put some stuff in cart went to see how much would be with my discount code and realized it wouldnt cover s and h so i deleated items and backed out of the website. Got a email saying rate your order of 20 tongue rings (same one all 20) i replied that i didmt place that order and if i did it was a accident and that order over drew my bank account they said sorry nothing we can do except give store credit...
