AVOID at all costs!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this place.
You are lucky if you are seeing this - across the board on the internet this company has one of the worst reputations.
AVOID and save yourself my(and so many others) troubles.
Placed order in November. After repeated emails that said the item was getting ready to be shipped — they finally told me — 6 weeks later! —that one item was out of stock. Mid January one of the two items arrived. They said they were putting a request through to another department for a refund, but somehow I doubt I'll ever see it.
Horrible service all around.

Super slow shipping

When I bought my earrings, I was expecting them to arrive withing 1-2 weeks. Wrong! They took around a month to arrive. However, I didn't have any problems with quality or missing pieces. So, if you order from here just expect to be waiting a very long time for your jewelry.

No package received?!

I ordered a good assortment of tongue rings from Body Candy in mid-December and I can honestly say I have never experienced this type of nonsense with any company. My package is literally sitting in NY and saying its going to be delayed. It is about to be a month since I ordered. I got 2-7 day shipping and I am so disappointed. At this point, I don't even want it anymore and I am scared to contact customer service based on reading other peoples reviews because now I know they won't really be of assistance in any way, shape, or form. Should I contact customer service regardless just to see?

Don't Waste Your Time

I ordered items from Body Candy in November and it is now January. I contacted them and they used a sad story on how times are hard and that they are a family owned business. The customer service sucks and it takes them almost two weeks to reply. The tracking number rarely works and sometimes it says the tracking information is not available. It has been in "shipping" for about two months now. I don't think I will ever get my jewelry so I ordered from somewhere else. Do not order from them.

I loved the pieces and the price was right so I ordered here despite the negative reviews. After two weeks, my items hadn't shipped. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund and was told I couldn't do that as my pieces were already in the warehouse. Weird, but ok? Pretty easy to reverse a transaction but whatever. They offered store credit (why would I order again?) Not happy. It's now been over a month. My items have been "in transit" for three weeks and I'm guessing it might never come. You guys really... really... really suck.

Horrible!

We've done business with body candy in the past, everything was great. My wife told me not to order from them again because the coating was flaking and the jewelry was coming apart. Against my better judgment, I ordered her some Christmas jewelry on December 3rd, they took my money, expecting it a week to week and a half later was good for the time, almost 2 weeks later, finally got a shipping email... seriously! Shipped 2 weeks later! Now delivery isn't until after Christmas which defeats the whole purpose of " Christmas jewelry ". I emailed them and they act like I shouldn't be upset, you can't get a refund on the jewelry either. STAY AWAY. DONT BUY FROM BODY CANDY!

Delivery issues

Spongebob will get his license before you get your package... I paid for shipping because I needed them within a certain time frame... it took a month before my package arrived... I had to email and threaten to contact my bank to cancel the payment and that's the day they shipped it out (4 weeks after order date) even then it says it's coming from NY and I'm in CT and it still took another week and a half... I asked numerous times to cancel the order because I no longer needed them since I had to go somewhere else and order them, but I was told no they don't do refunds by their customer service. But I could wait for the package to arrive and then send it back for a store credit...

VERY HONEST REVIEW :)

Okay so before I ended up reading all the reviews on here I had already ordered 6 nose rings in both 14k gold and 14k white gold. Anyways I never received no email confirmation about my order whatsoever and Yes there costumer service replied within a day but they weren't helpful at first had to ask again and email to a different staff members, probably twice and heard different stories about my order, but anyways at the end I did end up getting atleast a tracking number from them TWO days after it was Already delivered. Besides the stress of finding out about what was going on with my expensive order that I worked hard for the quality is OK, I don't even know if the white gold is even white gold there what looks like a little burnt spot in the center of nose stud and isn't no where near as shiny as other white gold/silver pieces the Hoop white gold nose ring looked better quality. I have and the gold well it looks better in quality both styles but also lacking a luster that it should have. But I'm happy with the way it shines for being 2mm diamonds atleast they look pretty. And I'm just relieved they actually came and not like others.

Love them but very upset

While i love them and have ordered many times. I understand they are backed up and short staffed due to the pandemic i was assured when i ordered i would get it in a timely manner. My order has been sitting in the warehouse since December 9th and they have yet to ship it. So now im gonna have to spend more money to replace these items as they are christmas gifts. Again i understand the issues at hand but to intentionally not ship it out this close to christmas is not ok. I hope this isnt going to be a common occurrence

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and reached out to them saying I would like to change the size of my ring. I literally emailed them 5 minutes after I placed my order and realized I got the wrong size. They replied back to me two days after saying it's already been shipped to the warehouse and I can only return for store credit. Now it's been shipped out AND there isn't a tracking number available? This is the worst customer service I have ever received

Stay Away from BodyCandy

I ordered from BodyCandy last month and it mid Dec and I don't have my nose rings. Emailed them and received a "tracking" number that isn't trackable via USPS. Does that even make sense? Why give a tracking number that they state... is NOT traceable if it starts with XXX. Dumb and useless. Will never order from them again. I will go to a reputable jeweler or even Amazon before giving BodyCandy one penny. Sad, sad business.

Don't do it

I placed an order December 1st and have only received emailed coupons to order more. Called Customer Service on Dec 10th and was told it had not shipped yet, because USPS has not "picked it up" and due to the pandemic they don't know when they will. That's funny because I've had 4 separate orders from other places places after this one show up via usps. It's a holiday themed item and the rep told me I may not get until after the holidays. When asked how I can cancel I was told they don't cancel orders and once it is received I can return for store credit. This really feels like a scam.

Don't waste your money

I wish I would have done more research before buying. I ordered nose rings about 3weeks ago. They finally came today. I was so excited for them because with the virus I cannot fine any cute ones. When I opened the package I noticed that the nose rings they sent were so small there is no way they would fit in my nose. After reaching out they said I couldn't get any kind of refund or return because I used afterpay. I will never recommend this company and will be reporting them to the BBB.

Terrible Service

I ordered jewelry from Body Candy about a month ago, but my package was incorrect returned to sender by the shipping company. So, I called Body Candy to report that my items were incorrectly being sent back, and I called USPS as well to let them know. Either way, the package ended back up at their facility. While it was there, it got taken apart and one of the three things I ordered was taken out. Then, I get a notification that I had to pay for reshipping, the one item I wanted most was out of stock, and it was gonna take another month to get to me. When I tell you I had to call 4 times before anyone could do anything for me, and the only person who could was a supervisor. So I asked them how a package, that I claimed was incorrectly being sent back, would be taken apart and one of the pieces that I ordered a month ago is suddenly out of stock for me and not for the person who just bought it. On top of everything else, during those 4 calls, I had to re-explain my situation every single time because apparently no one knew anything about my order. I know this place is cheap, but the service shows just how cheap it is. If you can, avoid this scam of a company at all costs (Id add a picture of my purchase but it's been over a month and I still haven't received it)

My mailman couldnt find my house so my packages (one of them not even from bodycandy so I know it wasn't just a problem with them) were returned and when I contacted them to explain they said since my Adress was incorrect (it wasn't they just couldnt find my house even with the big 19 at the end of my driveway) and they said I'd have to pay for it all over again. And I won't get a refund from the first one. This is ridiculous. What if it gets returned again? I won't be buying from them anymore and I won't waste my money on buying a second one

Body Candy is Awesome!

I'm not sure all these bad reviews but I have never had a problem with Body candy! I have had to contact them before and got an immediate response! The jewelry is great and AFFORDABLE! These other jewelers sites are super expensive! Half the time you lose these tiny pieces of jewelry so I would rather buy cheaper so I'm not losing a ton of money! I HIGHLY recommend body candy!

Compared to other review it came decently fast about 2 weeks the product is great but still nice and customer service is trash. They DO NOT refund and if they don't have an item they just give you a credit but you still have to pay for shipping. Honestly i wouldn't recommend buying from here id rather just get my jewelry from claire's.

I got hacked

Don't purchase anything from this site it's very unsafe. I don't think they have a good protection force because a day after I ordered from here my bank account got drained $1200 from hackers and this is the only website I had ordered from right before getting hacked.

I ordered two items, originally the shipping took a month and the item never left the original location. I contacted customer service and they reshipped the item, it arrived a couple of weeks later - but the items I ordered weren't there, instead I had the wrong items completely.
I contacted customer service again, they told me that they are no longer shipping any orders due to covid-19 and I won't be getting my order at all until covid ends.

At this point, I've paid for the wrong items and waited 6 weeks for that, only to be told that i'm never getting the items i ordered in the first place.

Terrible service, terrible shipping. Jewellery has been sitting on my bedroom counter for only a couple days now and it's already changing colour.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would.
