Hi, my name is Chloe. I have been browsing the body candy website for a while now. I got my belly button pierced at least a year and a half ago. The ring I had in is the ring I got after I had got it pierced. The ring broke back in December, so I have not had one in for two months now. I decided to go on Amazon and look for rings for my belly piercing but there was not a big variety to chose from. So, since I have been eyeing body candy's website for a while I decided to just buy from them and see how it goes, if the quality is good, etc. I picked out a couple of pieces that I really liked and placed my order in on Saturday, last week. It is now Thursday, yes I know that it takes 2-7 days to ship and deliver but I looked on my app "shop" to track my order. It is still at their location that they ship from, it said that it has been shipped but it has not. I am not sure if it is just the app or a problem with the tracking number, I'm not sure. I am really excited though for my pieces. I started looking online to see reviews, to see if anyone is struggling the same problem I'm struggling with. Half are bad and half are good reviews, so it's also very confusing on what to believe and not. I just thought reading this review, someone will reach and offer advice. I will update this if I ever get my order and if it has been more then two weeks and still no delivery, I will also update! Please let me know.
Worst website ever never got my belly buttoned piercing and they refused to give me a refund. Then they also tried to pay me pay a fee for a re ship for my belly buttoned piercing like what the heck when you all screwed up!
Every time I order from them it only takes a week and always comes intact the jewelry. Nothing ever broken. Never late. Great quality jewelry. I'm very pleased with BodyCandy
Returned my product 3 months ago and they say they haven't received it. I have emailed them 3 times about it and they were nasty with me. So, I'm out $30.
Bought 8 captive belly rings. 3 wouldn't open so they are useless and the other 5 when I got the ball off I couldn't get them open enough to use and two even broke. Wont let me return or refund nasty and rude customer service will never use again they basically stole my money for cheap junk
Hi! I ordered 3 things in my last order, the 18 gauge 5/16 black nose hoop, 18 gauge 5/16 silver nose hoop, and an 18 gauge blue gem screw nose ring. I ordered maybe a little less than a month ago and I just got them yesterday, and I'm not disappointed. When I got my tracking number, it said it couldn't track it and there was no info, so I got a little worried and checked on here if other people had this happen. I saw a bunch of horrible reviews and I thought oh god, I'm never going to get my stuff. I wasted my money. But a week later, they came in. That's the only reason I left a star out, is the glitch in tracking. But I also am very happy with the products themselves, and I appreciate their constant promotion codes and discount to customers! I will definitely order from here again, if you get scared about what happened to your order, just be patient, it might take awhile but the stuff is worth it for the price. And if something goes wrong and you need to contact them, I ask you to be sympathetic and kind. They work hard as a family owned business to meet our needs too. :)
I bought 2 septum rings forever ago and got 2 day shipping. Everytime i've checked it for over a month now it's in a warehouse still, not even brought you usps yet. Didnt reply to my emails, asked for a review on their product soooo i left one and then they finally emailed me and said they haven't sent it yet because i didn't give them an apartment number... i live in a house, nowhere near any apartments, and i'm assuming they were just going to keep my money forever since they didn't reach out to me about my "missing apartment number" until after i left a bad review? Which doesn't even sound like a real reason to not send my order especially since like i said i literally don't live in an apartment. Pretty sure it's just something they randomly said. Just don't bother with them and buy from somewhere else.
Please don't waste your money on overnight shipping. I paid $35 for overnight shipping and it's been three days I contacted them and explained the issue and they only told me it had been shipped and I'd get it today or within the next two days. Why offer over night if it's going to take 3+ days...
I called Customer service 20 times and still haven't gotten my package it will be 3 months now and just called today because I still haven't received it, lady hung up in my face, had terrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, if I knew about this I would have wasted my little 21 dollars somewhere else. In my experience, Body Candy has always been cheap and questionable quality; however, the variety is good and I couldn't find what I wanted at my normal place (BAF). I placed an order two weeks ago and it still has yet to be received by the post. Placed an order to Body Art Forms the exact same day and it was received within 7 days. I havent gotten my order yet but i ordered a week ago. They were very communicative and usually answered my emails by the next day. I asked for a refund yesterday and got an email this morning telling me that my order has shipped so im assuming that means im not getting my refund. I tracked my package and it says that the label was printed and its still in their facility but they told me they had shipped it already. Id rather buy from amazon, it would've been here a few days ago. I will update when it gets here - poorgoth$#*!
I purchased two items and Thursday will make 2 weeks that I haven't recieved any information! The tracking number does not even work saying that it is too long and here I am still waiting on something that I paid for. I was recommended by someone at a convenient shop but by far this is the worst that I've ever had to go through especially with out not being able to track something that i have ordered. These people are bull$#*! and should not be in the selling business because they are horrible. I will never shop AGAIN!
I just ordered Septum piercings from them. They aren't actually Septum peircings. They are side nose peircings labeled as Septum peircings. Currently trying to get my money back but all they offer is store credit and i refuse to order anything else from them and apparently their store credit expires too. Seems like they'll do anything to get your money and keep it. Would give negative stars if possible. Place should shut down with how bad it is
On top of that, when you call, their system puts you on hold for a long time, but then either hangs up on you, or sends you to voicemail. Voicemails and emails aren't returned. Filing now through credit card company. Lots of headaches caused by Bodycandy.
I order some earing and there was some earrings missing. I email them telling them and I still haven't heard anything back from them and is about to be 2 weeks now.
$#*! is junk I paid 8 dollars for 2 day shipping, didn't show up for 10 days then it finally shows up it's a glow in the dark belly button ring well you hold it upright and the glow in the dark ball just falls out of it like it's missing a pin I wouldn't waste your time with this $#*! website this isn't the first time my girlfriend said that she has had problems with it they make junk.
Ordered a product, paid the $3 for priority processing, needless to say, 3 weeks it took to get my order... I ordered other things on the internet after this (not from Amazon) and got them in 3-7 days (Dont blame Covid 19, thats just an excuse for crappy service). My package took weeks to arrive. Tried to do a simple exchange and it became a nightmare. Customer service was horrible. They asked me to send a money order to cover return shipping costs which seemed very odd. What company cashes out for shipping costs? I didn't add one as the post office was out of paper money orders, but still sent the item back. From then on the representatives I spoke to were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. After informing them the item I wanted to exchange for they said it was unavailable despite being listed as in stock on their website. To apparently get rid of me they issued a refund and didn't bother to continue with their own exchange policy. Refunds are nice but this experience was awful and dragged on for weeks. I will never buy from this store ever again and will absolutely rec5np one else waste their time here either.
The jewelry is not made out of surgical stainless steel, false advertising. 2 of the earrings I ordered werent even able to unscrew, unwearable and they dont give refunds for faulty products. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and quality of jewelry is disgusting. I'm out $35 for products I cant even wear

Placed order in November. After repeated emails that said the item was getting ready to be shipped — they finally told me — 6 weeks later! —that one item was out of stock. Mid January one of the two items arrived. They said they were putting a request through to another department for a refund, but somehow I doubt I'll ever see it.
