I ordered before i read reviews and quickly regretted it because it seems that everyone seems so dissatisfied with their service/long awaiting shipping... me however didn't experience any of that. I ordered on 3 different occasions and all of my orders were shipped within 2-3 days.
I bought a whole heap of industrial barbells fo and never received them or a reply from customer service, super pissed bc it was like 50$
I ordered butterflies earrings from them for my tragus and all the blue stones fell out within two weeks, they replaced them and the same thing they fell out within two weeks
So I ordered a pair of gauges and when they arrived it was only one. I contacted them thru email since they don't answer the phone and was told it is out of stock and that's why I got one. The fact that they sent one instead of refunding me is just ridiculous. They said I had a store credit of the amount and that I had to place it thru customer service and I can't do it online so I can pay a difference if the item I want is more than the store credit I received and they won't process a refund even tho it was their $#*! up now mine. Don't order from here!
I ordered around the start of the pandemic and expected delayed shipping. My issue is the lack of communication and poor customer service. Shortly after purchasing, I had an email that my "order shipped" when really just the label was generated. After 2 weeks of no further updates I decided to check out their instagram to see if any other customers had the same issue. The comments were full of people inquiring where their orders were and whoever was in charge of the page would rather argue with them than assist with their orders. I left a comment suggesting they just send an email out to those who ordered or post a notice on their site about delayed shipping-maybe that would stop the nasty comments. That's it. And guess what? Soon after that I was no longer able to comment on their page and my post was deleted. I was blocked. I got my items about 5 weeks after I ordered and surprise, surprise, the cleaning solution arrived broken and the rings made my skin break out. Just getting the items was a long, unpleasant experience, I'm sure requesting a refund would have been even worse. I was not going to continue to threaten my sanity over a $20 order, so I just let it go. Go support a local piercing place instead of wasting time and money here.
Body candy has huge selections but the stuff is cheap. Cheap in prices, cheap in material, cheap in craftsmanship. I bought jewelry from Body candy last year and all of it was sh*tty. It turned colors less than a week. I couldn't get the bead on one of the piercings which was nerve wrecking because the ball was soooooo tiny. The tongue rings made my throat hurt from the metals. And so much more. Fresh trends is expensive but it's so much better.

Once I finally received them it was game over for me. Nothing fit, 3 that were chain linked were 3 different sizes and all didnt fit my nose. And then they only do store credit. Like im going to buy from there again. Im so disappointed, I've waited so long to receive the nose rings, just to have none of them work.
I ordered two tongue rings. 2-7 days my butt. When I received them the first one was the wrong color of the version I wanted it had metallic flakes and it immediately started flaking off in my mouth after 2 days it's now completely white. The other tongue ring's top ball did not have threads to screw it on or off. Emailed multiple times and keep receiving the same automated email. I wish I knew how terrible their products were before I ordered nose rings.
I was really concerned about my $50 in jewelry given all these bad reviews so I wrote a very Karen-y email to Body Candy basically asking where tf my package is at. I really wish I had not. This is a good company, they are just busy. I ordered on July 31 and I received my package 13 days later. Not to mention, I received a response from a very kind customer service representative the very DAY AFTER I SENT IT. I've never received a response so quickly from a company, ever! Everything is delayed, but I received my package in under two weeks still && the jewelry? STUNNING. These nipple rings are to die for, can't wait to give em a whirl. Please don't hesitate to purchase from here. A+++ will buy from again.
My earing is just PERFECT! And the communication with the store was the best. They cleared every doubt I had and they were so kind! There are many reviews because the shipping takes "long"(only like 3 weeks at most) but for those who dont mind waiting(like come on, 3 weeks is not that long please) this may be no problem at all. Im already excited to buy more from here.
I ordered 3 tiny septum rings. Ordered more from other websites the same day. I already got the other two packages. Not body candy. I tried to track my order and they said if we don't have a body candy account, we aren't entitled to a tracking order. Are you $#*!ing kidding me?! I emailed them and no response. I spent more on body candy jewelry than the other two websites and I got more stuff from the other ones. Overpriced bull$#*!. They already charged my card and I didn't even get my product. I'm so pissed.
They carged me for express shipping, i didnt hear from them for a week when it didnt arrive. They sent automated responses and ignored everything i had to say. They refuse to refund the money i spent on 2-3 day shipping when i recieved it a week later. And evem refuse to speak with me. Only responding with an automated service. Worst customer service ive ever experienced. And i still havent gotten my money back or a real response several days after it arrived. Jewlery is cheap, only their policies are cheaper. Wouldnt reccomend this site to anyone unless they drowned my puppy beforehand.
I won't lie, I was a little upset about the wait, but once I got the package it was SO worth the wait! They're BEAUTIFUL and very well packaged for safety of the merchandise. Will buy again ASAP.
I purchased jewelry from them and the quality was horrible. After the 2nd DAY of wearing it, it started to fall apart as they put fake material on it to make it seem authentic and my piercing started to get irritated and red. I had my septum pierced for 5 years mind you. After contacting them for replacement, they said they would ship out a new order for me "no problem". I told them what I wanted and for me to wait for confirmation. I got a email 2 days later for 6.21 IN CREDIT FOR A 15.99 PIERCING. After messaging them about it they acted like I never messaged them and was saying I had wrong customer email and can't help me when I clearly have proof and screenshots of them talking to me! Terrible terrible company will NEVER order from them again!

Purchased $60 worth of items with a sale, so I only paid $40, thank God. USPS never delivered my items and these scammers REFUSE to give me a refund. I've been emailing them for over 2 weeks and they just send me the tracking info that falsely claims it was delivered. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Okay, I understand people are upset that they aren't getting their stuff in a timely manner, but... the whole world is crazy right now and things are late. Stores and warehouses are super short staffed. Body candy has great jewelry and it's worth the wait. I have several of their real gold jewelry and it's beautiful. I hate seeing negative reviews just because of shipping. When things were business as usual shipping was so fast. Please understand that your stuff being late is not their fault and you will get it if they have it. I'm a loyal customer and their customer service is excellent in my opinion. I'm not being paid to say any of this. I don't personally know any of the people. I just love this store and products.
Do not order from here, you will not get your jewelry for at least a month! I ordered my jewelry two weeks ago and when i check the delivery status with the tracking number it says pre shipment for the last 3 days
It's July 10th and they will not respond to my emails about a refund. They told me that they shipped my item, but that it's also not available (?) Essentially, nothing makes sense, so I asked for a refund and now they will not respond to my emails. This is the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced and I sincerely hope that you look somewhere else for your jewelry needs. This company is very unprofessional.
