I have been a loyal customer for years. I used to absolutely love this company, but either the company has changed hands or the policy has... or they just don't care about the customer anymore.
With the 2-7 day shipping I used to always get a tracking number. In the past couple of orders, however, I've gotten something that resembles a tracking number starting with 000 or so. It takes you to the USPS website, but you get an errors message. I asked about this, telling them in the past I have always gotten a tracking number. They emailed back, saying it was FLAT (all caps, just like that) shipping... like mailing a letter. I sent photo proof that in the past this includes a tracking number, but I doubt they even looked at the photo. $4.99 is what we pay for this FLAT rate that is supposed to be like mailing a letter. I've included a picture of the envelope I received that has the dollar amount of what it cost for them to send it to me. It clearly wasn't $4.99. Body Candy needs to change their FLAT shipping to $1.16, or include tracking numbers again. I got absolutely no answer when I emailed them back and told them a stamp for a letter wasn't $4.99.
