I had returned an item and got store credit, unfortunately one of the items I chose to use my store credit wasn't available but was able to find another. There was a bit of confusion with emailing about which items I wanted, basically ordered 3 items but 2 of those I wanted a pair, after 4/5 emails it was eventually sorted and I got my items. Other than that had no issues and using the store credit was such a easy process, actually glad they offer credit rather than a refund because theres always stuff I'm looking to buy from the site but always say "maybe next time".
